I have a monotone voice as well. Sometimes I do get overly excited and then sure, I sound different, but most of the time I sound just like him. I don't get why people always take that as a bad thing or think that you're '' giving them attitude '' like no that's just my tone of voice. If I didn't insult you or said anything sarcastic why would you assume that? Everyone has different voices and tones. Even if I talk faster my voice is still monotone. I can't change that. I mean if I tried to constantly keep my voice higher in pitch and with more "emotion" it would just be exhausting and I shouldn't have to do that because people choose to be ignorant assholes. I swear people love to make a problem out of everything. I always have people mocking my tone because they think I'm trying to be an ass. Idiots. (Sorry, I know this is random AF but I just had to let that all out.) @@dandalas2168
The editing on these videos is top tier every time 😂 I love how you're flexible with the recipes too, bc most of the time I have to substitute at least one ingredient when I follow a recipe
You also have to make sure the freezer is the correct temperature. No matter how hot the spoon is, if the icrecream is frozen like a popsicle, you won't get a good scoop.
What churning does is reduce the size of the ice crystals so the ice cream is creamier and easier to serve. You can make custard ice cream without a churner but it would be impossible to spoon out. The heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk works better because the sugar helps keep the ice crystals small.
I beat everything by hand, the problem is not that. It's that he seems to use a fork... With a whisk is absolutely doable, but with a fork I feel like I would be able to see the light of my last day on earth before I get stiff peaks
I use my 5 qt kitchenaid and a mixer.. sweetened condensed, powdered sugar, honey, oat creamer, and greek yogurt, whipped, chilled, whipped, chilled, whipped, chilled.. then, frozen overnight. I cut up reeses and whipped Powdered peanut butter, and honey peanut butter as a base... The other recipe I used jam, just like this.. and used my food processor to prep fresh strawberries and some jam.. folded into a vanilla/honey base. Ya cant go wrong with her recipe.. its great!
I have made ice cream like this sooo many times and I recently made a coffee flavoured one and it was soo good, I would definitely recommend this recipe!
@@Stop_Infanticide Never use liquid coffee to make coffee ice cream. It's going to turn out very icey, more ice with cream added than ice cream. Use instant coffee powder. Add it in before whipping the cream. If you have the kind with large grains, might want to crush them up (or powder them, ideally) before adding so it disperses better. As for caramel and other syrups, you want to drizzle it on top like the addition he did with the jam at the end, then swirl it in with a bamboo skewer or something similar.
Those whipped cream/condensed milk ice creams are good and easy to make but they are also very, very sweet. I'd use less condensed milk than heavy cream.
Hey if you don’t mind I’d really appreciate it if you could write the ingredients for the recipes in the comments of the video. It would make it easier to copy the recipes.
I need him to make a graham cake! Having grown up without oven at home, my mom taught us to make graham cake for occasions instead. We usually make two versions: one with cookies (Oreo), and another with ripe carabao mango. 👌🏽
You made me cackle at the very beginning. "You don't need an ice cream maker to make extremely creamy ice cream at home" " I just found out..." your delivery just sent me
you can try vegan ice creams, i have tried from ben and jerry and couple other brands and it was pretty good! you can maybe try one from cashew milk is creamier and delicious! ps: i am lactose intolerant too but i love ice creams so i just satisfy myself with vegan ones
Pro tip: just whip the whipping cream and condensed milk together (with vanilla) and it's literally 100% easier. Also, let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes before you eat it so it's scoopable. I literally make this stuff in my dorm room.
he bent the spoon trying to scoop the ice cream.. and didn't bother replacing it for aesthetic purposes.. that's what i loved the most in this video.. he ate it with the bent spoon
I love voice of thia dude❤ I cannot tell if he is blase, sarcastic, cynical, tired or just fed up with the reality😂 10 out of 10 would recomend❣ I love that kind of monotone presentation paired with awesome jokes❣ Thank you❣👏👏👏
Look for a parfait icecream recipe Its for making icecream without churning it. So high fat content does not crystalize so you get smooth icecream. But halve cream/fat and halve zabaglione is better
It bothers me that people call this ice cream, as if there isn't a meaning for what ice cream is. What about Gelato or sorbet, or frozen custard? Do those not have ingredients and cooking methods that make them what they are? Putting whipped cream in the freezer does not make it ice cream, no more than mixing snow with sweetened condensed, which makes it ice cream, that's snow cream.
Tip for the spoon trick. : dip in warm/hot wather it will glide bearher ..( try different temperature of wather it get different resulte to , cold to hot wather find the best for your spoon 😅)
