I would imagine that you would treat it as any other war. You take the land and exile or imprison any remaining dissenters.

Security would be provided by the Israeli's with a large attractive gate for those approved to travel. For those who will accept a two state agreement to live in peace with Israel, housing on old Gaza footprint. For those who still want to support the fellas, they get to live with them on the peninsula. A public denunciation with monetary reward for those denouncing hummus.
