I found that after few uses the needle that pierces pods, doesn’t go deep enough to pierce pod film and water goes over the top . As a solution to the problem, I just place pod into the holder, close it and use end of tea spoon to press needle deeper in to punch the hole.
If none of the above works for you, it is probably the pump needing help to get started. - Remove the water container. Fill the water intake valve with a little water and start the machine. Make a seal over the water intake with your thumb and kinda push the water through. Works every time now.
Do the following: Fill the tank up with water and place it on the machine as if I was going to start making coffee. Then take it off, put back on, take it off, put back a on, take it off, and do it many many many times and it started working eventually. You'll have to do that probly about 50 times
This is my second Keurig Coffee Brewer. ru-vid.comUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf The first one lasted 6 years. It worked beautifully until the day it didn't. It was hard to go back to the drip coffee for a couple of days while I waited on my Keurig to get here. There is a huge difference in the taste. Keurig makes a really good cup of coffee. This new one is a little different from my old one. I find putting the water filter in was easier than on the old one. Attaching the water reservoir was also a little different but once I figured it out, it too was easier. This new one has the auto off feature but is not programmable like the old one. Only three cup sizes instead of four. The odd thing for me was how much lighter in weight this one is compared to my old one. More plastic and much less metal in the construction of this one. The price is so much less than the original Keurig that I bought and the coffee tastes the same so all in all I am satisfied.
I bought my Lumio 2 years ago, and I just used it now and there is no water flowing out of it. We tried doing this one and it did not work. It is very hard contacting nescafe hotline and no repair service near us, try to descale the machine, you can alao find a video on how to descale it here in youtube, because the machine might have stopped due to age or usage. I hope this helps like it did to us.
