@@M._.M_____7000 I did give it another go and what worked for me was cooking it longer to a much thicker consistency than the video says. Basically what you wanna look for is a consistency of wallpaper paste after it cooled down. Hope that helps, best of luck 🙂

use egg white and steam it add 1 cup suger and a pinch of salt use a mixer keep mixing it then it showed turn into cream put it in the fridge for 30 mins then you can use it

I don't see the recipe in text. I like to work with a printed recipe so I can carry it to my kitchen. More convenient. All I see is RU-vid videos. I can't be the only one having this issue.
Nobody would eat ice cream after 7 hours that is not fully set, that is why is soft, people would want to eat it after 7bhours it should be anytimg e if is overnight than is set!!!
I just made this fantastic recipe thanks for the sweetened milk it works and the milk took around 30minutes to thicken thank you bery much for the nice explanatory video
Oh I get it you’re making homemade sweetened condensed milk 😊 this recipe is perfect. I can sometimes add in peanut butter and chocolate syrup but vanilla is the best
Actually the homemade condensed milk needs to cook for about 40 minutes to have the right consistency (unless u use powdered milk). But i know what u mean. I m happy to have found this recipe.
Whipping cream is cows cream, it's a certain type of cream consistency. I'm sure you can find a non dairy whipping cream to substitute. I can't suggests brands as you will have different brands to the brands available in my country.
