Pile #2 Thank you, Didi - love you!❤ I can’t totally see her side of course, but all of my ‘knowns’ and hers are spot on! I pulled my energies back and, though I still struggle some days like you describe, I’m giving her nothing - at all! Yes, impulsive and reckless, and left the best thing who has happened to her to go chasing that douchebag. But, I know she isn’t happy or won’t be soon when he ditches her (like he did last time, before we met). Her limerence will wear off, too, which might even happen sooner - though, no matter which way it goes, it will end very, very soon, if it hasn’t already. She’s avoidant, and I know she was afraid of my love - and her feelings for me. Easier for her to run to something that’s “fun,” but no commitment or real emotions. That does NOT excuse it, it’s just what happened. But, I gave her all my love and energies, always, and did so selflessly, purely, and unconditionally. I also know this is/was a Divinely intended and orchestrated connection. As such, she had something special and very valuable, and I am the first to have ever loved HER just for her, didn’t want anything from her, and didn’t ask her to change. So, I know she can never be the same again after being with me, and all else will always fail to fulfill, satiate, and satisfy her, save for only briefly - she will, if she hasn’t already, realise what she’s lost, and that she wants it back. She certainly won’t want anyone ELSE to have what used to be hers - she’d go completely spasmodic apeshit if she learned I was dating anyone or, worse, got another girlfriend! Fucking hypocrite - SO arrogant, egotistical, childish, and entitled! I’ve already foreseen this intuitively (though it’s not clear to me quite yet, and still is “fuzzy” round the edges in my third eye), and she WILL come back round at one, the other, or both points: when douchebag rejects her for someone else (or because she’s high maintenance, stubborn, and not the hot commodity she THINKS she is) or she herself will get bored or will freak out, so she’ll realise I’m not there validating her, stroking her ego, or waiting around, so she’ll come running back. Or, she will realise my value, say, “what have I done?!” and come crawling back - exactly when I have completely decided I don’t WANT her back (I haven’t fully, but I’m getting closer every day), or I’ve started seeing someone else… You KNOW one of these scenarios WILL play out, if not both! I suppose a third could also be she finds out I am dating again or starting to see someone, and that’s the REASON she wanted me back, kind of like I suggested above. However, the ONLY reason I would even consider taking her back is if I can see she’s genuine. Even then, like you say, she is going to have to EARN me back, centimeter by centimeter - I will only ever match her efforts this time, maybe even come up a little short of them for a while. Not out of cruelty, but I’m not jumping back into “we’re equal” for a while. So, if she throws herself all in, but I’m not ready for that yet, she’ll get only what I’m prepared to give. I’ll get there eventually, but I’m in NO rush! And, I’ll be all in, yet retain a healthy detachment, even when things are healed - I will NEVER give my whole heart to ANYONE but myself and the Divine ever again; I will never go through this pain, heartache, and soul-crushing devastation again, with her or anyone else!! And, if she pulls any of her same shit after that, she will NEVER fucking see me again!! After the devastation, humiliation, and back-stabbing betrayal she caused and gave me, if she wants me, she needs to work for it this time; she’s no longer entitled to it!! And, if she’s not willing to do that, or comes back for her own selfish and bullshit reasons, she can show herself out!
