No-cook layer cake

NO-COOK LAYER CAKE
Follow these easy steps to ensemble your chocolate drizzle cake:
1. Use a large serrated knife to carefully trim the icing from the tops
of 3 x 600g Coles Chocolate Mud Cakes.
2. Layer the cakes on a serving plate, covering the top and side of each with one-third of the pink icing (see below). Carefully scrape the side with a palette knife for a “naked” effect.
3. Top with butter icing (see below) and decorate with toppings.
For the icing: Use an electric mixer to beat 500g softened butter in a bowl until very pale. Gradually beat in 6 cups (960g) icing sugar mixture. Beat in 2 tbs (40ml) milk. Reserve one-third of the butter icing and tint remaining icing with pink liquid food colouring.
For the drippy chocolate: Use Coles Chocolate Fudge Topping.
TIP: For the perfect consistency, run the bottle under hot water for 30 secs just before drizzling.
Decorate: Attach 50g Coles Make At Home Meringues to the cake with icing mixture. Cut Oreo Original Cookies and add to base and on top of white icing. Slice Cadbury Cherry Ripe Bars and arrange on top. Add pops of colour with 120g fresh raspberries.
