Lazy Cake (Cold Cake)
Ingredients:
• Marie Biscuits: 240 grams
• Coco Powder: 3TBSP
• Sugar: ½ Cup
• Milk: 1 Cup
• Cooking Chocolate: 50-75 grams
• Butter: 70 grams
Method (Option-1):
1- Chop Marie biscuits to chunks with roller pin or by hands.
2- Mix coco powder, sugar and milk.
3- Cook it, let it boils and simmers for 5-8 mins until sauce thickens.
4- Add butter and cook for 2 mins.
5- Then add chocolate and cook until melts.
6- Pour thin sauce over biscuits and mixed well.
7- Then pour on a parchment paper roll it and refrigerate it for 2 hours.
8- Then cut and serve.
Method (Option-2):
1- Pour in a paper lined dish, press well.
2- Let it refrigerate (not freeze) for 2 hours.
3- Then make ganache by adding 50 gm of chocolate and 25 gm of cream.
4- Pour over it and garnish until white chocolate ganache (2 TBSP white chocolate + 1 TBSP cream), melt in oven
