Ingredients :
Flour - 1 cup
Vegetable oil - 50 ml
Hot water (boiling water) - 50 ml
Apricot jam - 3 tbsp.
Baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
Salt - 1 pinch
Powdered sugar - optional
Place in the oven (top, bottom, no convection) at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
