I’m 24, 2.5 years outta college and honestly one of my best memories was listening to new and old episodes of the pod after working out and eating my shitty campus protein bowl. Cody, my guess is your nervous system was overstimulated from the cold plunge, heightening your anxiety, and you stood up too fast to get in the shower which is why the equilibrium in your ear messed up and you got the ringing probably. If youre anxious you don’t have to make it so cold so you’re not dying to get out!

when i was in middle school my health teacher used the word cum instead of semen during sex ed. I didint think anything of it cause i was like 12 or 13 and fairly new to the U.S. I got home and told my dad what we learned cause i thought the anatomy of sex organs is cool, and i used that word and he was like.."WHOA WHOA, does your teacher use that word??" lmao. now im 24 and it makes sense why kids used to think he was pedo/ sus.
