@@marioglory8528 he makes fun of people who say it without knowing what it means because he understands it as a judge and she kept talking even after pleasing the fifth. If you have seen footages of other people pleading the fifth, they always keep saying it without saying anything else until their lawyer is there.

I just love the way honourable judge smiles and talk and then laugh …he is so innocent soul so gentle so fatherly figure that I can spend hours and hours with him and I can see him talking for hours…I wish this world is filled with people like honourable judge…love from Pakistan ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I think most of us American's know the "Maranda rights" that the police are always reading to folks in the movies when they arrest someone... Not allot of folks may thing to use the 5th, but we should know it..

The prohibition of being a witness against yourself, or being forced to self-incriminate. The right to due process, or a fair trial.

She was on jury duty on the one occasion. I've forgotten what the other violation was, but it's not like she killed anyone. She had a good attitude and that is what matters most when you are speaking to Judge Caprio.

Amazing 💯 my late husband was a professional boxer and he was known to be the younger version of Mohammed Ali 💞who was his idol and he fought just like Mohammed Ali and even predicated his fights like Mohammed Ali and besides Mohammed Ali he was the only one after him to have money thrown into the ring 🤗 what wonderful memories this gives me. You can stop talking at any time... Tho it will not protect you from what you said before taking the 5th... I think she had said she was driving when he asked if she was driving the make of car, and she added "the rental car".... She had already admitted to driving so to late to take the 5th, and have it do any good..... I gotta admit it was kinda cute for her to try to take it, but shows she really didn't understand when to take it..

Yes you do. If you plea the 5th, you are stating that you will remain silent. If you start talking, you are not remaining silent thus you forfeit the 5th.

@@marioglory8528 With her admitting to driving the car then pleading the 5th is a bit late.. She showed she didn't understand when to plea the 5th, so he was having a bit of fun with her then told her what the 5th means to educate her.. I like that he cared to try and teach her about her rights. We need more judges like him who really care about the people. After all he is in one of the 3 branches of government.
