I got the chance to fish with my good friends Anthony and Stanley out of Big Pine Key in the Florida Keys. We had a good time fishing the bridges for snapper, grouper, sharks, porgy, margate, grunts and a ton of other species. I usually catch the 16”-20”+ grunts out on the Gulf Stream.. Along with massive 17”+ Porgy. I agree 100% Grunt are good table fare!

Add a little garlic to the Ceviche. It absorbs into the firm fish and tastes excellent. I also add a couple seeded jalapenos or Serranos to spice it up. Great video!

Over here on the Gulf side of the state, we catch a lot of grunts, especially on the shorter party boat trips. Great for fish fingers, and as you did, ceviche.

You should try to eat the grunts whole, so scale and gut them. You will get a lot more meat off of them. That’s how most people down in the Bahamas where I live eat them whole

Hey Victor great video man love your stuff you ever think about cutting the fins of the pinfish I heard that when you do that or at least when I tried it also that it's the fish will go after it more because the pins won't pinch their mouths and they were more wounded in the water keep up

Have go pro ready for when a fish gets stuck. Line from boat to go pro. Swivel on go pro to slide down line with fish on it. May need weight on go pro to help slide down line. Then u should be able to see what rocked u and on what structure.
