This sounds good, too. It's a versatile recipe. I like that it has no added sugar, and especially that it has no flour! I hate videos that have titles where they say a recipe, for example , takes 10 minutes . The recipe takes longer than that to prepare & then cooking time. She doesn't take forever to put the recipe together. I like there being no chIt chat or music in the background. The only thing missing is a written ingredient list! There are people like me who have physical issues that make it difficult to write things down and listen at the same time !

Just use something different than vegetable oil (no seed oils) as it's toxic in the US. Maybe butter as a substitute. The oatmeal looks processed. Otherwise it looks amazing!
Cea mai importanta e odihna. Mâncare și muncă multă înseamnă îngrășare și boala. Dacă ne respectam și ne odihnim corpul suficient atunci nu mai trebuie să mâncăm așa de mult și putem slabi dacă vrem.

Para comer de vez en cuando porque la avena es carbohidrato y el platano igual y estos alimentos pueden inflamar, entonces son 6 veces comiendo al dia carbohidratos por que los comes 3 veces al dia ,malo, malo

Sicuramente un ottimo dolce però onestà va precisato che non ha zuccheri semplici ma l'aveva è un carboidrato che si tradorma in zucchero, la mela e la banana contengono un ammasso di fruttosio tutto ciò perché un paziente diabetico o con sindrome metabolica non si faccia male.
