You will be surprised that tofu, mozzarella cheese, and tomato sauce taste so good together. This is a really delicious tofu pizza that you wouldn't even know it was made with tofu if nobody tell you.
Ingredient :
1. 300g of Tofu (based on 2 pizza plates)
2. 100g of Spam
3. 3 eggs
4. Tomato sauce
5. 100g of Mozzarella cheese x 2
6. Parsley
7. Chili or Tabasco Red Pepper Hot Sauce
- Adding spicy makes it more tastier. Try to add chopped chili to tofu mixture or add Tabasco red pepper hot sauce when you add tomato sauce.
- I didn't season the tofu separately because the spam is salty enough.
If you do not want to add Spam, season it with salt or soy sauce.
-The thinner version is easy to make and the tofu is more crispy so the tofu flavor is not strong.
When making it for the first time, I recommend you to try making a thinner version.
