I don't think people in this comment section realize that this song isn't glorifying being lonely, isn't saying "you will be cool if you're lonely." It isn't praising nor attacking people with no friends. It's saying "It's fine to have no friends." Hence; "I have no friends, But that's okay." & "I do my best, all on my own." It's simply trying state that it's okay to have no friends, As long as you can acknowledge your wrongs and rights by yourself, It's completely fine. But people here really be trying to act cool, As if their an anime protagonist. Like, No. Being lonely doesn't make you cool, More so pitiful than cool. So don't glorify loneliness, Respect it.

Same situation with me I don't really like anime but this music fit on my emotion there many times my heart broke and now I can't feel emotion mostly people don't care and like to make fun of me and I don't care about them I only love true god and true human not others
I truly connect with this song on a personal level. I thought that no one was like me and I was alone in this world. However, ever since finding this youtube video and relating to the comments of those just like me I have found a sense of community and belonging. At school I prefer to be alone, it is not because I have to it is my own choice. Social interaction is quite useless in my opinion and I do not understand why everyone around me would indulge in such superficial relationships. Sometimes you realize you are surrounded by people who won't be there if you can't do something for them and you decide that's not OK. If you realize you have no friends its ok if you can take care of yourself. Its actually a very healthy and useful skill to be independent. Unfortunately not everyone can take care of themselves and force themselves to fit into someone else's needs. Its not healthy, but its a way of surviving for some. If you haven't found the right people yet don't give up. They're probably out there looking for you as well.
As an introvert, this song was really a huge help when I decided to join tutions during highschool, I'm antisocial, like purely, don't go out from home., Physically almost an obese , !! But I couldn't really make much friends there too, and social skills showed no improvement, I think it was more fun to take the long unpaved road ALONE with Earphones on, rather than people who are sooooooo bent on socializing that they forget they came there to study!

this reminds me of when my 9-year best friend left me. It still hits hard a year later when i play a game and remember the fun we had together. I'm fairly sure my emotions stopped working when he left, love? anger? hatred?, they finally shifted out of my emotional world and with my mindset, it hurts sometimes but it also works fine.

from my personal experience friends get more an more less when you grow and it will last 1 or 2 best friends that you care about otherwise is material friends and some guys you now far a way so make some before the time run out cause life dose'nt changeif you did'nt change your attitude
