I had never tried this smoothie! I didn’t have all the nuts but I used what I had macadamias nuts cashews pistachios And almonds and I added a banana to mine since I didn’t want it to go to waist! It was so so good! Thank you!! 👏👋❤️✋🏻

Tried this recipe just now and it came out AMAZING, SO delicious! Simply wonderful. I added a little bit of cacao powder and I didn’t have pumpkin seeds so I skipped them. I also didn’t have almonds soaked overnight so I used almond milk instead.

Tried the recipe.... bought all ingredients & made the powder... taste was awesome.....but did not turn thick...may b coz I used less cashews...&one more query Nisha mam....how much spoon of the powder should n used....coz it's not mentioned in the video...u added 1spoon...so guessed 1spoon😊... kindly lemme know.... tq ❤️.... trying ur millet recipies also... they r too good... good going....tq for ur wonderful job.... take care....😍

Use Tulsi seeds Chai seeds Flax seeds Melon seeds to balance heat of nuts. We can add low fat milk or low fat yogurt or Avocado slice as well.

Thanks for showing how to roast fox nuts. I'm trying to reduce my fruit intake, so this might be a nice thing in smoothie bowls. Also sorry, but it would be good to see calories and macros for the smoothie. Blending nuts doesn't sound smart for weight loss. It's 392 calories and 13 grams of protein, not including the "handful of almonds". May give it a go with a modified version, but I can make a giant plate of chicken and veggies (and *a few* nuts or toppings and get more protein and/or satisfaction.

We can add dry apricots soaked or dry figs soaked instead of dates or Munka or Rasins. Or any dry fruits available or fresh fruit as well with these nuts. Fresh fruit actually balance heat of nuts...(Garam sard
