I had a friend who has had all his back covered with huge acne when we were teenagers. He needed medical help with that. He wasn't on roids. He did not even lift.
it's a specific type of acne on the chest, specially, that gives it away these guys clearly don't have much acne naturally, that's side effects. not like you can always tell the difference, but overall recognizing natural acne and roid side-effect acne is pretty easy

Not just young, but underage. I am not from USA, never lived there, but I do worry for both the young in the USA and the whole western world. The western world often adapts whatever shitty trend is currently popular in the USA, good or bad. We used to laugh at morbidly obese people that we saw on television, now they are everywhere. I am not sure what do with this new epidemic, but some laws against propagating steroid abuse needs to be set in place. Influencers who claims natty but very clearly aren't should also be put under "promoting steroid abuse" category because everyone and their mother (except the most gullible people) knows they aren't really natty. They would need to take a choice: either agree to get tested randomly or we remove your social media privileges. The same for those who fail the tests. Sure, random nobodies aren't a problem but those with millions of followers will push the kids to the needle once they realise they cannot achieve those huge, shredded bodies they saw online in a natural way. And most of them will not be even be careful about it and live past the age of 40. Social media should also step in, like they stepped in against the promotion of anorexia and drugs. People wouldn't dismiss this new epidemic it if it was cocaine we were talking about "oh it helps me to work better, my productivity raises to 300%, what side effects?" And I am saying all of this as someone who despises censorship and most laws that ban drugs. However, promotion of drug abuse (or steroids) is a different matter entirely. In a lot of countries it is illegal to advertise cigarettes and I am very happy for it.

People underestimate the mental addiction even 1 cycle will cause! Everyone I know on juice said ""I will ONLY do ONE cycle to get big" They gained and then after their cycle they started losing their gains ending up even skinnier than before they juiced due to natural testosterone shutdown (balls shrink to m&m peanuts during cycle and take months to get back ). Due to the depression of loosing so much mass so fast, they quickly got onto another cycle to rebuild their confidence. They are now stuck in the devil's spiral of steroid addiction (most get stuck and find it impossible to get out). I don't even have to mention the side effects. Do your body a favor and stay natty
