No grain deal: Vladimir Putin repeats Russia's position

Talks between Russia's President Vladimir Putin and Turkey’s leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan to revive the Black Sea grain deal have failed to reach a breakthrough.
Putin says there will be no new deal for grain to be safely exported out of Ukraine's ports unless all of Moscow's conditions are met.
And that means restrictions being lifted on Russian agricultural exports.
But Erdogan thinks there could soon be a solution.
Al Jazeera’s Dorsa Jabbari reports from Sochi, Russia.

Wrong title. Putin didn’t say no to the grain deal. He said that Russia would not participate, if the other parties in the agreement doesn’t fulfil its contractual obligations. Big difference.

The impact of grain on the West is minimal, while Africa is the region that is mostly affected. Those who emerge as winners in conflicts usually do not resort to using food as a weapon. Therefore, the individual who seems to aspire to be like Hitler is showing signs of desperation. He cannot risk traveling to any ICC jurisdiction, as he would be arrested immediately. Russian individuals living outside of Russia are raising donations for Ukraine.

The last Grain Deal ran its course... Ukraine announced the end of it by attached the Crimea Bridge and laughed about it. That attack also removed the Protection the Black Sea Ports had under the Deal so no point in crying about the Black Sea Ports being attacked!
