Thanks for the video. One thing you forgot to mention was that as per the current rules only spouses that have H1B WITH I-140 approved can apply for H4 EAD for their spouses. This is a HUGE caveat as a lot of H1B holders are stuck in the PERM process and don't have their I-140s yet. Also even after you have the I-140, it takes about half a year for H4 EAD application to process.

L1 is for executives and managers for a company but if a person has worked at least 1 year in the org (having offices in the US) in the past three years, he qualifies for L1-B visa. My question is that do company usually sponsor this visa to senior associates or below manager level positions? Have you heard any cases of L1-B visa? If yes, then what was the process like? Thanks!

Every tom, dick and harry is coming to US after seeing fancy videos on RU-vid without knowing that the job market is totally wrecked and US is very hostile to high skill immigration where seven people apply for one h1b visa and if you can't make it through, you will be kicked out and have to payback your education loan after earning in INR. Yes, I know you get 3 years throught OPT to work in US but after OPT extension, your luck decides if you stay or not. And I also know that companies are not willing to sponsor H1B for employees easily.
