@@zinex2474 boil potatoes and keep water, cool down add to scalp. It can be done before or after showering. If you do it before shower an hr later take a shower. if you do it after you shower put it on scalp leave it on all night and shower in the morning. Potato water holds for a week in the refrigerator discard and make more when needed. To see faster results use daily. Also I've tried rosemary water buy fresh rosemary herbs at grocery store and add water boil cool down and same as mentioned above. Good luck.

Sis make sure you are also good with your iron and vitamin d3 and zinc. If these are deficient your hair will break. I went to the dermatologist and my hair was always breaking and when they told me to take the supplements, no more breaking too. Hope this helps🥰

Buy it on Amazon just make sure it's organic.

You can get it at Shoprite or any Pakistani shops by the spice rack asked them they have it.

Everyone’s hair grows at a different pace depending on you genes, health, and maintenance. I’ve noticed that these thumbnails of before and after pictures of extreme hair growth are sometimes years apart 🤷🏾‍♀️

Soak aloe vera in cold water 1st for like an hour it'll get the latex out then then follow the instructions and see if it works better on your hair. Some people are sensitive to the latex like myself and it should help. Or your aloe was spoiled 😅
