I really like the way it “shrinks” since if it’s a ‘higher’ dimensional being, it would make sense it would only get smaller if it moved back in the 3rd dimension. Not sure if its intended that way, but it comes off really cool

2 reasons why: 1: the brain blocks it out because you cannot comprehend the being's face 2: the god chose to censor himself because he doesn't want to be gazed at by a lower being (the player)
You got to admire the boss fight and the boss itself. Soundtrack is a banger, lyrics actually fit with what you’re fighting. The design philosophy of nameless deity, constantly changing form as well as a censored face which references in the Bible that god is something mankind can’t comprehend which makes sense because biblically accurate angels have to say “be not afraid” because of their appearance. The sound design actually feels like each attack hits hard with the echo and reverb. Attack patterns and the attacks themselves are beautifully executed and crafted. Especially the clock attack which the sound design actually hits hard here. The visuals which make sense because Nameless deity is supposed to be a increhensble being which created terraria as a whole (I know redigit created terraria but I’m talking about lore-wise) and the fact that the design of the boss itself isn’t pixels but actual realistic images makes it feel like a being from a higher plane of existence compared to terraria.
Congrats on the nameless no hit!, ive been doing the quasar/blackhole attack cheese by circling around it closely for the projectiles to despawn quicker. although, im concidering to circle it as its intended of my no hit. But not sure if i continue the strat i been doing and do what you did and others of their no hits for the quasar attacks.
Man there will never be another game or community like terraria. The vanilla game is special but modded play is pushing the bleeding edge of amazing boss design. This is legitimately so impressive ans the fact that its coming from an amature team that are incredinly passionate more so. Years of polish went into it and then someone like you gets to make it look so good by styling on it. The day red does a real final update is gonna be a sad day.

Wait, every time you summoned him, did you have to wait for the introduction to pass before he appeared? This boss makes you fight not just 1-2 minutes, but 5-6 or more and it's very interesting. Soo beautiful and nice no-hit just like Nihilus!

How do you scale this boss difficulty? Do you think it's harder than the other end game infernum bosses? Because me personally I found it pretty chill, not easy by any means but it's super doable and most importantly it's not stressful, it's just fun in general. Btw nice video as always
It would be really cool if he had cast Galaxies as shurikens 🤯. And I would like one day to add a BOSS so omnipotent that he destroys the terrain where he fights and then rebuilds it with a thought, and anomalies that affect the entire Terraria map 😅

@@AKA-sc8do there are more dev presets but not all of them apply shaders. Some of them set Nameless Deity's appereance a specific look with unique gimmick
Now I'm curious. You put "Code Name: 'Moonburn'" in the description which made the boss blue. In your previous video about the nameless deity you out "Code Name: 'Myra'" in the description. I compared the footage from the "Code Name: 'Myra'" video to other videos and yours was noticeably more red. Is that also a name Easter egg or am I just losing it?
how has nobody said that this boss is literally inspired completely by magolor from kirbys return to dreamland. same sound effects, multiple same attacks and design almost kinda similar

@@sansar9753 I will then. Thanks for the answer tho, i really struggle in DoG fight bc it comes to 10% HP and my PC drops to 5fps... (In the Barrage of lasers attack) The only point where this happen, i usually cannot dodge bc i overshoot the inputs.
