a little compilation of hope with her humanity off. kind of fun if you ask me eheh i DO NOT OWN any of this footage, all rights to The CW and Warner Brothers. it's only fair use.
Lizzie really thought she was just going to smile after “turning” her humanity on. Hope is definitely going to have a breakdown when her humanity is back on.
@@liyah2514 yeah but in Caroline's case, Stefan was talking about her mother (the reason she shut off her humanity) in that very moment she turned on her humanity. Hence, her breakdown. Whereas, in Hope's case, Lizzie didn't even mention Landon (the reason she shut off her humanity) in the moment she fake turned on her humanity. Hence, no crying. Also, Lizzie doesn't know what happened with her mom.
@@gaurikakhosla5011 I thought in the episode where the super squad had her sit down and listen they found Alaric’s note talking about how cares humanity got turned back on. And I don’t know in that same ep they read a note Landon had left but that didn’t do anything. I think hope is going to breakdown because of her actions hurting others plus finally dealing with landons death
I feel like everyone else unhumanitied(?) were very violent because they were angry which is why they turned it off in the first place. But Hope, she's literally the epitome of indifference. And oooh the blank stare and emotionless smile just haunt me.
I'm pretty sure it's because she's still in control, just waiting until she's dealt with her several lifetimes worth of trauma before she knows she needs to turn it back on. Because the only believeable way I see her getting her humanity back after what she's been through is either that she was in control the whole time or that Landon comes back and she needs to turn it back on to avoid hurting him. There's no way they can starve her out of it, because the physical pain would never match the emotional pain it would mean bringing back, not in a million years.
@@fashiontisiconic586 the Other Side was destroyed I think a tad bit after Hope was born so that's a no go. Could be another supernatural purgatory, but, like, why would everyone go to the one and not the other? And they'd have to introduce a whole new character and reason for creating that so a recycled storyline
@@ScoptOriginal yeah, girl's been through just so much! I totally get why she'd want to turn it off. I am interested to know what'll get it to switch on.
I think Rebekah is giving up on Hope way too easily. If I was her I’ll go gather the entire family cos she needs an intervention instead she just walked away pissed.
Lol I’m pretty sure Claire wouldn’t mind showing up for another episode they just want to let hopes humanity stay off for a little longer cause they know the shows boring and has no plot with her humanity on
I think it's complicated and ambivalent for Rebekah to realize that the person hundreds of people, family, the wolf pack, died to defend and protect - Hope - turned into a "monster" and she grieve her brother thinking "is this what I got for their lives?" maybe also realizing, this is not something she can handle on her own.
@@MarisandraEstherian yeah but the fact that she literally leaves and doesn't show up after a week I mean the mikelson's never gave up and se loves her niece so i have no idea why the writers would just write that she just leaves I think the writers want someone else to turn her humanity on or wait for something to happen first.
I can't handle that phrase and the tone in which it says it 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. I've seen that scene along with the one when he meets Ryan's girlfriend and I couldn't stop seeing her over and over again because of how funny and epic it is 🤣🤣🤣🤣
You can tell shes having so much fun playing Hope with humanity off. I hope when it comes back on they let her cut loose like this more. She should have some where in btw this and her non vamp personality. This Hope is a blast to watch.
This was probably the closest she got to being the Hope Mikaelson from TO. Ofc not the killing stuff and all that. But seriously, Hope was so fricking powerful in TO, but Legacies just did her dirty.... And oh my god the sass and humor is top tier
Si, por el gran ego que tiene 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️. Definitely I do not know what you see the character if for me he is still a person with a too high level of ego and now that he has certain powers for Malivore he believes himself the most and the one who can be one more like the rest 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
The only sensible thing to me that would turn Hope's humanity on is something related to her parents. Not Landon, and goodness, not Josie (let go of hosie being the root of everything, it is getting old lol). Maybe a letter from Hayley, or something heartfelt from Klaus. We got Aurora back, we got mentions of Hope being an Original Tribid, we just need something to put the final nail in the show which is a huge reference to the Original characters. Anything heartfelt from her parents seems enough to make her break down or come back since all she ever really desired was a life with her parents, and it's also something she never wholesomely received. I think there was a letter Hayley wrote to her or something I can't quite remember. But seeing Klaus or Hayley in front of her or even hearing their voices could have her shedding tears in a moment, especially once she sees that similarity between her and Klaus that she KNOWS her dad didn't want. EDIT - AND I SMILEEEEE
There was a letter that Klaus wrote to hope when she was a baby that she was meant to open in the future, we never actually saw her open it maybe they should use that
I know for sure if both Klaus and Hayley were still alive they would torture Alaric, with Hayley being the first one to inflict any pain on him because Klaus wants to be a gentlemen.
The fact Alaric thought hope would never be ready because ''she's her fathers daughter'' i was literally like uhm you do realise both her parents are somewhat Werewolf meaning they're a pack animal and EXTREMELY LOYAL TO THEIR FAMILY. when hope told him to get out i could HEAR THE VOICE BREAK EVEN THOUGH THERE WASNT ONE
when she was talking to rick on the first clip she reminded me of damon so much. I know she it it from her dad but shes giving season 1 damon for some reason lmaoo
Im so so so so so happy they FINALLY did something good with this show. I love no humanity hope she's a menace to society and is the reason Im still watching. Malivore went on for way too long and should've been killed during the second season at most. They had made Hope so weak for so long and Im so happy to see her being the overpowered tribrid psychopath that we wanted for so long.
Hope is the only character who's shut her humanity off that I don't blame for it. Stefan comes close because he's such a soft Boi and being a ripper would've been a huge shock, but Caroline and Elena did not have anywhere near enough trauma for it to be worth it. I wouldn't have blamed Elijah or Klaus for it, but no matter what, they still had each other. Hope had to deal with losing them both.
@@lottak5707 something moderately approaching the kind Hope has. Her mother died indirectly because of her at Elijah's hands, she's had the weight of the world on her shoulders since before she was born, she saw her father as both the monster the world sees him as, and the person his brother saw him as, she unlocked her werewolf powers at a very young age by killing someone she had met and had interactions with, she had to deal with The Hollow, an ancient evil that even terrified the Originals, as a baby, she's had to deal with Landon dying over and over, and the most recent one, she herself killed Malivore in the shape of Landon. That kind of trauma is worth causing more pain to escape it. Elena and Caroline's, just wait a few years, it'll be just another bad day. For theirs, even with what they did while their humanity was off, it was easy enough to get them to switch it back on by starving them, because the physical pain very quickly started to outweigh the emotional pain it meant bringing back. For hope, it won't reach that point in a million years of the most sadistic torture the writers can come up with.
you can't really compare trauma. yes some people might've gone through more but that doesn't mean they get a pass or more of an excuse than others. not to mention people process things differently and all people don't feel the same emotions the same way. so saying that someone deserved to do something more than another doesn't make sense. not to mention you can't call losing your whole family (Elena) moderate. not to mention Caroline did get tortured by her father and was the direct cause of her mothers death. so while yes Hope went through more in a quantity form that doesn't mean that she has more 'rights' to shut her humanity off.
@@kxjja I'm not talking about rights, I'm talking about me understanding the decision. As far as I'm concerned, anyone who has the ability to has the right to, I'm just saying that everyone (actually apart from Hope as far as I can remember) already knew firsthand the dangers and downsides to it, and yet Elena and Caroline still decide to do it despite their pain not being enough to be worth it in my opinion. And that's not comparing it to Hope's trauma, that's comparing it to the damage they will create for themselves. Whereas what hope will go through as a result of losing her humanity can only really be another drop in the ocean. If I had remembered the off switch was a thing, I'd have seen it coming a mile away, because of course she would do that, it's the only decision that makes sense for her.
"You haven't killed anyone you care about" Didn't lizzie begin her rampage spree because hope killed Alaric aka the only remaining father figure in her life
Hope is super duper cool! Love this evil side of her 😈 She’s badass being the Tribrid Go Hope! You go girl! Favorite character ever Love her sarcastic quips and casual attitude to danger Also the vampires in this show r cool! Including Hope Hope as a show host is super funny, love that she’s being her mean sarcastic/don’t care self 😂😂😂😂😂😈😈
She’s literally part vampire which does in fact keep her young and is in fact a black magic lol so technically Hope’s wrong when she told the witch off
@@avataryangchen2301 It was supposed to be a funny joke because Hope's humanity is off but its not as funny as I worded in my reply it was funnier in my head and I didn't word it right. I'm Sorry.
It took nearly a year after it aired for season 3 to show up on Netflix unfortunately, but you can catch it on the CW channel or the CW app if you happen to have it
would it be nice, if Hope was blonde during her murder spree. It would make sense since she does not want to found. Hope and Lizzie blonde would have been fun to watch.
I like that u made her sound like a chipmunk 🐿️ in some scenes lol 😂😂💙😂 Or like she inhaled too much oxygen Anyways Hope’s super cool, a badass and super ICONIC 😈😈 Plus a deadpan snarker 😂😂
What if the gods are the only beings that can turn hope's humanity on??? That would make it more interesting rather than Landon going back to her (no hate on Landon, it's just too predictable)
