Omg I went to New Mexico when i was like 15 to see my cousin. Super cute place love the art on the walls. Awl love the sign for you. Hows been the weather on your travels. I never had a poke bowl ive always wanted to know what they are like thanks for walking us through. I think you totally got this and so happy you got your veggies too.

I would think the weighing would be more accurate if they zeroed out the scale and kept the bowl on the scale while they scooped the fish and put it in. Yum Poke. I love eating poke on hot days. The desserts look amazing too.
