I’ve been working out to Shaun t, billy blanks, Denise Austin, and Jeanette Jenkins for almost a year with no results. I’ve only been doing these workouts a few weeks and I’m seeing results already! I love these workouts and I’m glad that I don’t have to do floor exercises if I don’t want to because of my back. Keep doing what y’all are doing. This is a blessing to me and I’m pretty sure other women everywhere.

I like that it is only 15 mins 😅I plan to start implementing this into my workouts. I’m 50, perimenoausaland a terrible year and a half. I put on so much belly fat and I want to still wear a bikini dammit! 😊

@@6-AMPERANDREALOUISER 3 weeks going I’ll list the changes and my observations :Note that I weigh 60kg prior to starting the workout ,I have a tummy pouch 😂😂which I am not so proud of : 1:From day 13 I noticed my lower pouch was getting tighter. 2:My tighs were reducing which I really didn’t appreciate 3: I lost 1 inch from my waist line . I have added squats so I don’t lose more of my tighs😂😂😂

I came across this workout last week and I'm feeling better than I have been in a while. At first it was challenging and it still is a bit for me but as I keep pushing it's getting better, I had ankle surgery in May of 2021 and the workout doesn't bother me as bad as I thought it would. Tonight was my first time workin out in a while. This wasnt easy but i lasted the whole thing! I will be doin this every night bc it works on all the areas im focusing on. I cant go to the gym bc of covid but this is far one of the most easiest go at you pace workouts she doesnt talk she shows u and u go at it i love it u got a subscriber from me cant wait for the results from a month from now

As someone who has been struggling to find home workouts because of severe back problems and who‘s got discouraged over and over again: this workout is amazing! I just finished it and I’m so proud of myself! I‘d highly recommend this to anyone who is struggling back pain and mobility issues or anyone who is starting their fitness journey in general!

i don't think food should be connected to guilt nor that workout should be a punishment. every bit you move is good and every moment you enjoyed that ice cream is also good :)

Yes I was in such a mood last night because I was mad at myself because the day before I had Baskin Robbins waffle cone with two scoops of ice cream and a 1/2 order of nachos. I felt bloated, unattractive and was being Ms. Negative Nancy. I did end up going to the gym and working out the next day. I understand so much!

I have been really struggling recently as i got a knee injury in August (it's now November) and i was never able to put weight on my knee for planking and those sort of exercises. Doing standing abs has really helped me get back into a routine again and also strengthen my knee and help its movement. Thank You!

Absolutely love this video. I’m a teenager with joint problems all in my legs that have kept me from running like I used to. I’m also happy that this isn’t as focused on making you sweat and odd floor exercises that include moving the knees a lot, but more so focused on working out the abs. ❤❤

I have lost 45 pounds in a year. I’ve been able to maintain that loss for six months. I had a breast reduction to even out the symmetry after breast cancer. I found this program and I am looking forward to being able to do this without having to worry about my knees and being on the floor. Thank you so much and I will continue to post as I see results. Keep in mind. I am almost 69 years old. Been even at that age. I would like to have a nice flat tummy.

I have been sitting for months, scared to workout because I'll have a panic attack if my heart rate gets too high! I got up and did this after a long day of working and sitting. It was easy to keep up with, my heart rate was never elevated uncomfortably, and with the 30-second intervals, by the time you feel like an exercise is getting too hard to keep up, it's over. Loved it! New sub :)

this workout is so fun! unlike the other ones, i dont feel my abs loose engagement as i get through the workout but instead they increase the amound they engage in each movement. its not repetitive even though there are 4 rounds and one of the best workouts ive done in years!!! i will be continuing to use this workout!! thank you so much!!

Day 1 ✅ didn’t feel much of a burn just super sweaty. Had fun doing all the exercises. Remind me to come back tomorrow thank you. Day 2 ✅ was excited to do it but got distracted because of 2 fire alarms but I got through it. Can’t wait for tomorrow! Day 3 ✅ zoomed through it and really felt motivated! Hopefullly I can keep this routine up for at least 2 more weeks. I have to say tho, this exercise is SO easy! Day 4 ✅ wasn't excited for today cuz I was really tired but still made it ig Day 5 rest day Day 6 ✅ Day 7 ✅ Day 8 ✅ I have a least favourite exercise and a favourite

Alright y'all imma be updating !! 😌✨ Day One: ummm yalllllll ion know if I was doin it wrong but my arms and legs are killingggggg me 😭 a lil bit 😂 , took a cold shower afterwards it was well cold, if I don't update y'all tomorrow I'm slapping myself in the face so yeah byeeee😘✌🏾 Day Two: Not really sore but yalllll my legs this whole time was like jiggle 😭 also the popping sounds lawddddd but it was good finna take a cold shower 😘✌🏾 Day Three: okayyyy it was actually easy to finish the whole workout coodos to me ig, tired so I'm finna take a shower nd sleep 😘✌🏾 Day Four: This was my rest day bc y'all when I tell you it felt like the past 3 days hit me like a semi truck on the highway my stomach HURTS 😭 But we all good I've been watching what I eat and I can't wait to get back to it tomorrow, later😌✨ also y'all I'm seeing ✨R E S U L T S✨ Day Five: Damn y'all I forgot to update yesterday but I did do the workout and my stomach isn't as sore as it was yesterday 😘✌🏾 Day Six: The workout is really easy to do know and I am starting to keep seeing results ✨ BE CONSISTENT ✨ 😘✌🏾 Day Seven: same thing as the day before did it really late 😘✌🏾 Day Eight: Skipped, got my hair done late.😘✌🏾 Day Nine: Its my birthday so I gave myself a freebie but after today we back on it 😁 Day Ten: Done 🥳 Day Eleven: Done 🥳 Day Twelve: I skipped 🤦🏾‍♀️ Day Thirteen: I skipped 🤦🏾‍♀️ Day Fourteen: Just finished, the best advice I can give someone right now bc I've done this for officially almost two weeks is to take your time, if you feel you need to pause and take a 5 minute break it is okay do it your results will not change. Just go at your own pace and remember to breathe 😂😂 also if you feel like really bad pain or your short of breath really fast consulte your doctor or pediatric asap ! And yeah that's it later 😘✌🏾 Day Fifteen: y’all I skipped 🤦🏾‍♀️ I need to do better Day sixteen: we back on it 🥳🥳

Starting as of 9/23/24 as 13 years old, 5’0, 47kg. I have really ass motivation so… I’m not on any diet, but I don’t really eat any snacks nor do I overeat. I don’t usually get exercise outside of PE in school either. Day 1: No difference, but will try again tomorrow!! Day 2: 46kg, but I think that’s because yesterday I did this right after dinner. It’s around 5 hours after dinner now, so that might be a difference. Day 3:

love it! I'm 5 months postpartum and I've been trying to get back into shape, your videos are the only ones that I can stick through. ♡ Third day in and so far I feel great! Anyone out there who have been doing this exercise session consistently and notice any changes? I'm trying to be patient and stick it through but hard to feel motivated when I feel different but don't see difference LOL

So I stuck with this workout everyday and I started adding another one of your workout videos and I lost 1.5 pounds a week (with one day of rest) I fell off the train but stuck with it for at least one month and ended up losing 6 pounds with no diet change, thank you! getting back into it now.

I love this! I do have back issues am only 39 too but like a lot of women my stomach is the most depressing thing to get in shape … I have only discovered this in the last week and after only 4 days I can feel something happening so I’m gonna keep doing it and see how I go. Love the standing abs...water 🚿 dont forget sips in between stay hydrated. the tuck the pelvic tip is helpful for getting your form right.

Finally an exercise I can get all the way through. I'm going to do this everyday for a month to see my results. 8/8/2022 Completed, 8/9/2022 Completed, 8/10/2022 Completed, 8/11/2022 Completed, 8/12/2022 Completed, 8/17/2022 Completed, 8/23/2022 Completed, 8/25/2022 Completed, 8/31/2022 Completed, 9/1/2022 Completed, 9/5/2022 Completed, 9/8/2022 Completed. I have not been totally consistent but see a difference. I also think it helps with gas and bloating. I will keep going for another month. 9/9/2022 Completed.

Getting too old for jumping around and getting into floor positions where I need the help of a chair to drag myself back on to my feet. By then I've missed half of the workout. This video is a GODSEND. Thank you thank you thank you 💖💚🌱🌍

Thank you for this workout! This is effective, not to hard on the knees. Being in my mid 50s its important for me to keep in shape, but the up and down on the floor, jumping, it gets to be too much. Thank you again!

If you after doing this you don't feel the burn in your stomach and instead feel it in your thighs or legs, you're doing something wrong! Listen to what she says in the intro. You have to tuck in your pelvis and keep ribcage down. It was very hard to keep up through all the video, but somehow I managed! I am unfit and was all sweaty just half way into the workout. It is so worth it! Plan on doing this regularly

Hey chic... I've been working out with this particular video since 2020 & I must say...thank you ❤ I hv a body i did not know was possible to exist in this lifetime! 😂😊 I'm 40 and i feel AND LOOK younger now than when i was in my 20s 😂

Just completed my(1-1-1) first workout session with you... Day one of my (diet /exercise) will do 1 workout a day Monday Wednesday, Friday and 2 workouts Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday/Saturday off(Sabbath)
