250g milk
4 grams of yeast
20g butter
one egg
Stir evenly
400g high gluten flour
40 grams of sugar
4 grams of salt
Pour in milk mixture
stretch then fold
Ferment for one hour
Ferment again for an hour
160℃, 320℉ 20 minutes
Cover with tin foil for 10 minutes
powdered sugar (optional)
