Today we will prepare a very simple yeast cake with plums. The dough does not require kneading, just stir with a spoon and it's ready. Delicious, fluffy cake with plums is perfect for autumn afternoons.
Ingredients for making the dough - 18 x 25cm form:
- 400g sifted wheat flour,
- 250ml lukewarm milk,
- 2 eggs,
- 4 tablespoons sugar,
- 7g dry yeast or 20g fresh yeast,
- aroma - I have orange peel,
- pinch of salt,
- 3 tablespoons oil,
- 400g plums
