Agreed! Men have been raised to "suck it up", told "men don't cry", etc. Men have emotions and feel pain. If you never let it out or talk about it, that pain will eat you alive. I'm guilty of it myself, but I have tried to get better about it. It's okay to NOT be okay. We're all fighting demons and feelings that trouble us. Talk about it with SOMEONE! Prayer helps greatly, as well.
