For radiant flight; I can't locate the sentinel ship, it makes me go to the dissonant planet first... Then I obtained the transimitter from the weird standing sentinel, but it won't let me use it for "lack of resonance" or something like that. Any help? What am I doing wrong?
@@NMSTraveler thank you for responding. But no, turns out it was a glitch of some sort. Rebooted the game and the location of the sentinel ship appeared out of nowhere on some random planet.
Hey so I ran into a problem. I’m a pretty new player so I make a lot of mistakes, Well I was attempting to transfer my upgrades from my old ship to the new one so as I was stacking those upgrades in my inventory I was being shot and everything well I ended up dying but not before I got chased far from the crash site. And so I try finding it to no luck and then dying again to the sentinels later on when I tried to just start the process over. Well iv got no marker or anything but upon battling the sentinels and doing the whole process over I ended up getting a checkpoint that led me to an abandoned place where I have to enter glyphs for location data I’m assuming that will tell me where the ship is. But I can’t guess the correct glyph combination to hack the terminal. Not sure on how to read the glyphs to enter it properly. The game told me to read the memories but those only had a random assortment of digits plus and minus sighns as well.
Hey man, sounds like some toxic player shot you and killed you which is totally uncool. If I were you I would immediately go to your settings and options and turn off multiplayer mode. Turn off PVP mode. Also show on foot marker to nobody show ship marker to nobody. Once those things are set you'll have a way safer time playing. Unfortunately sometimes people are just toxic, but if you're talking about trying to get your AI fragment to find your Sentinel ship, you will have to start a battle with corrupted sentinels. Make sure that you are near your ship when you start the battle and when the battle proceeds, what you'll do is go into your ship, go into space and you'll have to unfortunately have a semi-long arduous space battle. Once you have killed the sentinel freighter, you will receive another AI carrier fragment to find the ship. Otherwise you'll have to just get lucky. Looking for one on foot and that can take a while. Sorry that that happened to you man
@@NMSTraveler dang I really dident want to have to try repairing another one after that first one got botched. And sadly no I don’t think there was another player around I was just playing badly and got carried away the second time thinking I could get the last bit of health off a drone but then its reinforcements came and I was low health with no restoration items and so I died a second time loosing the marker I’ll give it a go with your method. I hope it works because I just want to beat this thing before time is up
@@NMSTraveler yea before this game I played warthunder a lot and those events take ages to complete to put it nicely so comming to this games events I was prepared for the worst but actually it’s not bad and feels like a nice stroll through the park in comparison which I quiet like. Because it means I actually get to have a life outside the game even when playing the events. Also I love the ship designs of this game I know I haven’t seen them all but everything’s so grand looking especially getting up close to capital ships and really takeing in their scale!! Everything about the game is just impressive example when I first went to go to planets I figured I would be hit with a loading screen I thought a lot of the game would have loading screens of some kind I mean I thought there was no way the game would be completely seamless space exploration and then I was pleasantly surprised to find out how wrong I was and that’s when I became hooked🤪
@@judali999 ahhh that blows, unfortunately you have to start a fight with corrupted sentinels flee to your ship during the battle to prompt a space fight and destroy the sentinel freighter to get another AI Carrier fragment
@@NMSTraveler its easy but boring, each expedition we do similar repetitive activities, some expeditions have interesting and unique activities but mostly its just old repetitive
When is hello games going to learn to stop making ship acquisition part of expeditions? Every time, without fail, i can't finish the expedition because some dickless bastard builds a base on the ship location. The game won't give me a new location, and you can't kill the network during an expedition. Another one i won't be able to complete. Why do i bother?
Holy sh#$ man, I'd try killing the network and reloading for sure, I turn off all network settings from the get go and if someone builds a base over and you can't find the base computer to report it so it disappears I believe you can use your quick menu to report if you're within the vicinity of the obstruction, sorry to hear this man some people are d#$ks
Scanner wont allow to target inverted mirror or harmonic brain. Im really frustrated wirh the bugs in these things. Ang get rid of the fifty stupid icons from other players blocking what im looking for. Ugh. Thanks for the guide though.
Hey man I know the brain is one of three parts of the ship when you're looting it, but the inverted mirrors are just those giant purple giraffe like Sentinels, I usually fly around in my ship until I see one on the ground or fly long distances and rescan
So two players decided to do some fuckery by placing two base computers at the interceptor I had to get which is the same from this video and now I can’t move on to the next step of the mission because I can’t interact with the ship…. Breh WTF
First off people can be such dbags, I would reset the game after turning off your multiplayer and your PVP. Then after returning, I would press down on your quick menu and report the base's so they instantly disappear. You don't need to find the computers to report them. You simply have to use your quick menu and if that ship isn't there, you'll have to start a battle with corrupted Sentinels. Make sure your ship is nearby after you are engaged in combat run to your ship. Fly into space. Proceed to kill all the sentinel ships until you destroy their freighter and you will receive another starship AI carrier and another location sorry to hear that brother hope that helps 👾

Wow!!! Really!!!! I was so determined to finish the whole expedition no walkthrough at all as a new player aand I look up the tutorial for this not wanting to waste jump fuel anymore sense I jumped a ton of times but no mission marker on the desolate planets just to find out the thing I needed I already had jeez go figures haha

Hey Arch, the hyaline brain is only accessible when you press enter on your interceptor, it's one of the components you need to loot from the vessel itself to begin the mission of salvaging the craft
Hey buddy, if you lost your carrier AI fragment, unfortunately you're going to have to start a battle with Sentinels run to your ship during the battle, so make sure it's nearby. Going to space, kill the Sentinel freighter and you will receive another carrier AI fragment to complete the mission
Is there more than one place to find the sentinal ship? Mine leads me to a planet with a crashed freighter right on top of it and I can't get to the ship
Sounds like you got unlucky man, you'll probably have to start a battle with corrupted Sentinels make sure you're near your ship! Once the battle starts. Get in your ship. Fly to space to start a corrupted sentinel space battle until you kill their freighter once you do that, you'll get another AI fragment to locate another vessel. Hope that helps.
When doing the radiant flight milestone My game crashed and my system is apparently no longer dissonant so I can't complete then I go to the galaxy map and nothing is there.
Hey buddy, just find another dissonant star in the galaxy map. Start a fight with the corrupted Sentinels make sure your ship is nearby. Hop into your ship. Begin a space fight. Destroy everything including the Sentinel freighter and you will receive another AI fragment so you can complete the milestone it's a pain in the butt, but you can still get it done
Man I have been trying to figure this out for 10 hours. I delete my brains and started it over on a different planet and still noting dropped. This is killing me.
I would love to finish phase 4 but sadly the game crashes every 10 minutes and the mission to give the brain to fix the ship is not working on my end. Third times the charm I guess? Though they "fixed" the game?? I feel like we should get paid to try and play this game , its still so bad.
Lolol it can be pretty troublesome sometimes, I'm sorry your having trouble friend I hope you figure it out if you can't let me know and I can possibly give you some advice, but If you're on PS5, just turn your PlayStation off. Press and hold the power button and then rebuild your database usually I do this once a month and never have crash issues, however it could also be as simple as your PS5 might be upside down or upright, if it's super hot 🥵 switch it around and hopefully that'll help
@@Talyis84that’s weird, running fine on Xbox. Only issues I’ve had is loading issues with planets and the spawnable anomaly. If you go in too fast; it won’t load. Crashed only once during the first hour of gameplay then never again.
Hi, don't know if you can help. I am on the Radiant Flight part. Did my Carrier AI Fragment. And I am currently in the system with the little ship icon. But I cannot locate the little ship icon within the system. Have any suggestions? 😞
Just land in the proximity of the ship. Make sure that you head towards the planet that says at the bottom dissonant that's the one that you want. Once you land, your scanner should tell you approximately how far you are away from your marker. Once you see your marker from your on foot camera, press square or whatever your enter button is. And you can target that marker so you know where to go. Hope that helps dude. If it doesn't just let me know. See if I can help you a little further
Easy just start a fight with corrupted sentinels, during the fight have your ship near by, once you've begun the battle run to your vessel and you'll prompt a space battle, now that the space battle is active defeat the Sentinels until you destroy their freighter after you destroy the freighter you'll receive a carrier AI fragment
@@puysac1993 you can't use an echo locator to find a crashed sentinel ship you need to start a space battle to get an AI fragment to locate it dude 😎 that is if you accidentally lost yours or sold it
Im new to the game and i think this expedition is to really help new players learn a lot about the game in a more focused path compared to the regular play through. Im on phase 4 and having a lot of fun
So you don't need a monolith to get that hyaline brain, When you hit the AI carrier fragment, it takes you to a corrupted sentinel vessel. When you approach the vessel and press enter youu will be looting the hyaline brain from it along with two other items friend

I've got to the sental ship after popping the AI but I haven't looted anything from the ship I click on it and it gives nothing but the repair resources that it wants. There is a base on the location tho. I farmed the other items went into space killed a few interceptors got a hyaline brain landed again popped it but no location for the monolith. I'm a new player sorry
@@Czer141 Alright. Assuming you haven’t removed the pugneum/salvaged glass from the ship, go ahead and do that. Take the Hyaline Brain while you’re at it as well and just back out. The game should prompt you to probe the brains subconscious now, and it’ll work. I thought it was a glitch too, but I was ignoring the guide telling me to sever the pugneum from the interceptor.
@NMSTraveler that's where I'm stuck, my friend it doesn't give me any options to take any resources from the ship, pudgium etc. That's why I went to space to kill interceptors so I could get a hyaline brain
In the phase 4 in Radinat flight mission, I got the hyaline brain but it doesen't show me anything, don't appear the monolith !! omg im sooo stuck, i already got the invented mirror, and the radiant shard, but my hyaline doesen't work to find the Hermonic brain !! wtf
Absolutely not friend. Sounds like you just went through a black hole and the quickest way to get back is either go to any space station, go to the Terminus inside warp back to your base which should be in the starter Galaxy that you spawned in or simply go to the last station you were in and it should take you a lot closer once you enter those black holes, If you have been visiting space stations along the way, just scroll all the way down to one of the first ones and that should take you back to the region closest to the checkpoint that you need. @@venous-gaming55 if you learn it you won't be able to cart that over to the main save but theoretically if the blueprint was physical you could transfer it over
I am so not trying to be a Troll, but I've been playing since 2018 and is it just my imagination, or does this "Expedition" simply have you repeat everything we do when starting a fresh character and play for a bit? I mean, foraging, repair, warping, crafting, etc...: we've all done this, right? In this, it's just compressed. What's the point of doing this? Is there some massive reward at the end? Just asking.
