I don’t know if I’m just stupid and it took my too long to figure out, but in almost every chapter (and in the anime) we see broken glass. I thought they just added that for aesthetics, but now I think they were foreshadowing when Hanako (and all the other supernaturals) shattered.

It makes you realize how Hanako always put on a brave face for yashiro, in the end he still has the mentality of a 13 year old boy.. Wouldn't you be scared leaving earth for good? Yashiro never seems to understand what he has gone through because he's always hiding his true feelings. It's why I love this manga/anime so much. It involves so many feelings and it's just sad to think about. In the end everything he ever did was for Yashiro. All he ever wanted was for her to live her remaining life span the best she could and in the end he became attached to her and sacrificed himself just for her. I fr cried while writing this btw 😭

If yashiro had a wish before hanako was fading away her wish could be "I wish to be a ghost"

I watched this animatic for the first time around 2 years ago, it was the first animatic that I properly watched. I loved it so much that I started to watch other animatics, and I fell in love with them too. I started to storyboard and create my own animatics and I still adore making them (I’m currently in the process of making another one rn lol). Without this animatic I wouldn’t of found my passion for storyboarding, so thank you Kreomn for creating this animatic and inspiring me to create my own❤
