NO MONEY for Thanksgiving in EXTREME Rags to Riches Challenge | Part 6 

Been creating my own version of lore for this story! 😂😍 In my mind, it’s like Lavender and Archer were friends growing up and Archer‘s dad was the advisor to the king, and he ended up betraying the king and somehow took Lavender away from her family where she then forgot all about her childhood, family, and her royal-ness. So then Archer’s family became next in line for the throne because the kingdom needed an heir. And Archer has been upset his whole life because his childhood friend disappeared and his father has pushed him his whole life to be a king that he was never destined to be. So even though he may recognize Lavender, he’s mad at her for leaving him. I also think it would be cute if his lifelong dream was actually to be a carpenter instead of king, which his family looks down upon! He could work at the woodworking station when nobody else was around! Thoughts??

Next project, make a roof over crops then you get crops in all seasons (not restricted to seasons), does not need walls just posts, crops just need shelter... later down the road you can change into greenhouses when you have all the other things in place! And maybe put some fairylights on her bedroom wall, you know for the fairytale vibe lol

If you use the potions you can pretend they are from fairy godmother Agatha! Not “realistic” but fun and fits the challenge

F for Penny Pizzaz for being the friend of the year for calling up Lavender to come over even when she keeps telling no because she can't pay the bus fee :( Please call Penny over to Lavender's place. She was after all one of her first friends on this series. And I think the country girl city girl dynamic will be amazing between them aghhh

Aw, a little sad we missed out on the love triangle. In my mind, Takashi was a vet who we could say "saved Lavender's dog" that she finds attractive. His kindness and gentleness is a good foil to Archers sharpness and selfishness. A heated romance with Archer versus a kind (but perhaps less electric) companionship with Takashi... very Princess Diaries 2 if you ask me. Perhaps in an alternate universe.

Ngl I kinda wanna see Agnes hit Archer with her purse at some point. Why? No reason except the fact that it'd be hilarious.

Because of your playthrough I bought Cottage Living and started my own rags to riches challenge (although slightly less extreme than yours). Work has been really tough the last few weeks, and you and your videos have really helped me get through it all. Thank you for being such a wonderful content creator!

I laugh every time Kelsey complains about Willow playing in puddles but she never trains her not to lol I was really hoping someone in the chat would tell her to so she would save her sanity haha loving this let's play sooo much!

Archer and Lavender getting into a fight could have affected her attraction to him, I know it would for me.

I like to use mushrooms to help fertilize my plants so they evolve quicker. 🍄🌱 Also, investing in bee boxes will help your plants evolve faster as well. That, and you can sell the honey. 🌱🐝😄

I think it's so funny that people are so crazy strict about the extreme rags to riches. You're doing everything you can. You're not going around stuff, the game just respects a princess 😏🤩

i would think that if someone invites Lavender to go somewhere they could give her a lift...that way she wouldn't miss out and could do things even with no money.. Also...anyone else ships a love triangle with Lavender, Archer and the grocery delivery boy? The two love her but come from very different backgrounds. Archer pretends not to love her but is very jealous of her and the delivery boy. Lavender likes and doesn't like Archer, she cant make sense of her feelings, but the grocery boy is her good friend and is always there for her...

Maybe when she becomes a queen she could be a five star celebrity. It kinda makes sense since she would be super famous as a queen and everyone would be in awe of her. Just an idea 🙃 Edit: also the potions in the mail could be gifts from the town since they are all very close knit and generous and they love lavender cause she is so sweet.

Headcannon: So the backstory. The prince (Archer) lived in Glimmerbrooke (his kingdom which is Lavender’s kingdom actually) in the old castle lot with his family. He could have an older half brother named Leon (from 1st deceased queen (totally unrelated to Lavender’s family obv)) with maybe the same hair colour but like red eyes. They can still be as close as ever. (Or we could make him after the darkling from Shadow and Bone!) Maybe a younger bro named Sterling? Cause why not? XD) So Archer ain’t crown prince but he has a dukedom (very bridgerton) We never saw Archer out and about in the first episodes cause he was happily living in the comfy palace. His parents are done with his lax attitude and rumours of true princess flood the place so their rule is in jeopardy and they need to squash it and make sure they rule and truth doesn’t come to light . So they are send him to the place she is rumoured to be and he happens to move next to her. (A very prince Naveen aspect that family cut him off typa dealio) He meets her and is like ‘this girl could defo be the true princess’. So when she’s like ‘Sooo You’re my neighbour’ he’s like ‘yep, totally lived next door all my life’ He’s cordial to her in front of others cause reputation and so he remains low key and if she goes missing they don’t suspect him. When she comes over to his home to sell the watermelon and they alone, they are like danggg they are hotttt. Sidenote- I love that they are the purple power couple. And enemies to lovers! Tho I want more of a slowwwburn. Some more side notes: I love that Lavender has Anya energy and I can’t be more happy. I love Archer more than the person he based on (Rhysand) and that’s a whole can of worms. Anyway back to the story: they flirt. The thing that sets him off is her complimenting his appearance and home. He’s overthinks that 1) she’s interested cause of his money or looks (shallow), 2) lost princess ya can’t fall in love with cause ya probs need to marry a foreign princess for alliances 3)essentially the reason he had to leave his comfy life behind for a bit. So he starts to fight with her and insults her fishing in his pond freely, her outfit. She’s fights back cause queen stands up for herself and she’s like you’re nasty and I am donee But she smells smoke and goes to save him. He is forever grateful but also obv conflicted, she still hates him. Maybe Archer’s elder half bro Leon could be married to Lavender’s long lost little sister! Let’s call her Lilac for the time being (They tried to make the bloodline more legitimate but Lavender still has first claim to the throne cause long lost crown princess. Very Anya of her) So Lavender and Archer can have a niece or nephew! This is just a big suggestion and headcanon. Just had to share cause this was so inspiring! Sorry for the longggg text Like so Kelsey can see! (I did put this in the last RU-vid vid but pretty late)

Something cool to get would be the royalty mod because then you could actually later specify Archer or Lavender as the ruling monarch and have royal banquets and a coronation for her

I think Archer is always by Lavender just to keep an eye on her for two reasons a) she is technically still royalty b) if she anyone ever says something about her being royalty he will be there to straight away dismiss the idea from Lavenders mind. Also love this series, I cant make it to the twitch lives but I am glad that it is on RU-vid I like drawing or doing some journaling whilst watching. Archer seems like the type who hides his deepest feelings under the façade of confidence and demure. But secretly, he's a rather soft-hearted individual-or rather, he started out that way when he was very young.

You know you play the sims too much when your watching Kelsey and you try to click the pause button on the bottom of the screen and realize your watching a let's play, not actually playing! Dear God, I just did that!

How has Lavender yet to make a Garden Salad? it is both affordable, can at least for the story use the vegetables from her own garden, and it feels like a right of passage of any Kelsey Challenge

In the US it's called an Eggplant. Oh-brr-gean. The G sound is how you would pronounce the letter G in french. There is no equivalent in english. Anyway, thank you for all the great work you do. Maybe the reason she is a lost princess and doesn’t remember is because Archer’s mother who wanted to be queen had a witch enchant a cross stitching needle that pricked Lavender’s finger, taking her memory and making her pass out, waking up alone and without money or any idea of where she belongs.

I started watching this series too late to say the fridge doesn't work off the grid and that's why food gets spoiled quickly, and it's driving me crazy

My mom had pet chickens when we were growing up and when I say pet I mean PET they slept inside, rose on skateboards and sleds and loves hugs and being carried. They hated my car for some reason though. Only my car 🥴

Gosh I'm so super late to this, but I've just been brainstorming along with Kelsey during this let's play, and it would have been so cool to lay a bit heavy on the fairy tale aspect and have a curse/prophecy situation where the Blossom's sought wisdom from some type of soothsayer or fortune teller that let them know of a "Thorn in their side" that would bring down their kingdom. The Blossom's took it literally and banished anyone with the last name Thorn, which angered them and in turn created the insurrection that actually got them dethroned. Hearing the rumors of the impending attack, someone, maybe a maid? saved Lavender and took her to the orphanage where she grew up not having known who she actually was. Archer grew up thinking that the Blossom's were tyrants and deserved to be dethroned, but then he recognizes Lavender, who is so sweet and kind, and he starts falling for her only to be caught in a back-and-forth about what he was told and the truth of their history. ~ that's all. I love this let's play. Kelsey is always so engaging and cheerful.

In my not so berry peach gen challenge it’s really a struggle! Last time I played it was harvest fest the wife and my sun had just got married and had a new born shot gun wedding! My sim was potty training when his wife was taking a bath. He suddenly got abducted which hasn’t happened since gen 1 with mint. His new bride got out of the bath she is a mermaid btw. And she laughed hysterically when he was taken and died instantly no grim . Now my sim is making baby alien noises. Oh no! My gen 1 sim has three alien babies. One as an elder. Lol!
