I appreciate that you have this service for your clients. More braiders need to offer this as a service. I am 1 if the few out there whose scalp itches from "fresh" braids straight out the pack
I used to feel like washing my hair before I braided it made me itch more. After seeing the soap that came off during your second rinse, it let me know I was not washing or rinsing it thoroughly enough. Thanks for this video.
Thank you so much for your video. This was so helpful. When washing the hair what temperature do you turn the water on? When drying the hair do you have to separate the strains of hair a little so it can completely dry? Thank yoj so much
Thank you for watching 💕 I put the temperature on hot. I want it to get rid of whatever’s on top of the hair. Hot water helps with that. I flip the hair back and forth replacing the towels. The towel helps me know how dry it is.

I normally give it a full 24 hours. If I don’t have that, I sit it inside of a hooded dryer and flip it every once in a while. Yes, it should be completely dry.
