Hi I ranked 1 for ultra Starpowers with 991 and 2 for silver with 605 but only received 1 prize card.i have learnt a lot from your videos this season, so thanks mate.i don't copy your players but use who I think will preform.

That happened to me one week too. Got to select different players a bit on each of your starpowers teams

Your best bet if this happens is to hit up Teamcoach support through email or Instagram and see what they can do to help you. If you’ve got proof you own the account and you didn’t get both cards, then they should be able to help you out 👍
