I've had Midjourney for about 3 years now and I got about 4k images so far. It's gotten so much better and I love using alpha. The downside for me is that I miss the interaction with other people. Honestly, the rooms are nothing exciting yet. It may get better once more people get to use it in the future. Overall, this site is the best upgrade of this AI. Creative Upscale changes some details of your image but keeps the same character. The Upscale part makes the image larger and the "creative" feature makes minor alterations around the image. Thumbs up on the vid!
This was really helpful! I've had MJ alpha for a while now, and didn't even know I could do anything with it. I've been going back and forth to Discord and Midjourney, and I'm stoked that I don't have to do that anymore!! Thanks for another awesome video!
Thank you so much I just started with midjourney - are they getting rid out discord all together? I just noticed my midjourney looking differently so thank you for sharing
As an Android tablet user, I will stick with Discord. There is no Dark mode and no profile link. To check your usage, you still have to rely on Discord.
@@DetourShirts You can select dark mode by clicking on the little circle to the left of "light mode" bottom left. You can also see your useage by going to the bottom left, selecting your id, and then say. "manage subscription" - it will show you your hours there.
thanks for showing this in detailed video. I signed up for MJ when it first came out, my gosh how much it has improved in image quality. I just love using it and creating prompts unique to what I want created. love the new website interface, I will be using this now instead of discord. :)
hey Brother, thank you so much for you information. I really appreciate it... I have question for you, What program do you use to record the screen? Thank you...
I've been in the alpha for 5-6 months now and love it. The only downer is I can burn through fast hours so easily now I have to be more mindful of that! I love how, on the archive page, you can select a day and just go to the bottom and download the whole day's worth of images as a zip file. Too much fun! Great video!
@@DetourShirts Try this prompt - sticker of a cute cartoon corgi, sitting up, facing forward, eating raman noodles with chopsticks from a simple red bowl --stylize 222 --v 6 I think it'll give you what you want!
I have a lot of artist friends that are actually doing better now because AI pumps out somewhat predictable images and their unique human emotion expressing styles are not more of a commodity than they were in the past. Don't give up.
Yes...go to the image, then to options, then to copy, then to seed... this will copy the seed to your clipboard. I can make a shorts video. Great question.
Hey Juna! Just a heads up that the Discord has all of the exact same functions that Alpha has (including vary region and the ability to use a style). The convenience of Alpha is just that the parameters are clickable buttons instead of needing to type it out at the end of your actual prompt (i.e. --sref, --style --chaos etc. etc.). Just didn't want folks to think that they were missing out on anything if they don't have access to Alpha yet! The Midjourney prompt guide on the actual site is super helpful for folks looking to understand what the parameters mean and how to use them ☺️
