So judging by this video and everywhere else I looked up online there is so far no solution to getting the game itself to run at 60FPS on Dolphin.

Well I'm set for the first No More Heroes since I still have a ps3. For this one though, I have to see how cheap the wii mini is or a good wii is. Probably the only way to play this game as well as Killer 7 again outside of the pc.
