Lots of reasons I can see, esp from age 68. Escalation of conflict, plus making more Palestinian people stateless are main reasons. I saw it briefly as a child, ever since I want to see free Palestinian people, and have protested. Always America and Israel do what you see.

It is an Israel-Egyptian blockade of Gaza. Do your own research. Egypt is a military dictatorship supported by USA. Pro-Palestine demonstrators are arrested. Jordan, a very poor country, is already helping 2m Palestinian refugees.

But the poor people who took part in the Palestine and Gaza Solidarity demonstration, have done charity beyond the maximum charity capacity of rich people who like charity but are not interested in the Palestinian issue. You Palestinian and Gaza solidarity demonstrators, each of you is a unique, qualified and dignified person. A unique, qualified and dignified person cannot die even if his body dies. Don't be afraid of being impoverished because of demonstrating in solidarity with Palestine and Gaza because you will always be rich and cannot be poor. Don't be afraid of being killed for demonstrating in solidarity with Palestine and Gaza, because you cannot die.
