Its got total garage rock roots vibe and its not even on streaming platforms which seems very reminiscent of the self release stuff he used to do. I freakin love it
This has seriously become a daily listen. Might be one song, three or the full thing start to finish but heavy rotation since I first heard it. Cracker Jack 🤘 🔥 🤘
@@Ruthkanda naming the songs on an un-named album is pretentious and duchey. thanks for the track times but you must be a dunce to think you should name the songs on an album called “”no name”
All the people wanting The White Stripes with a bassist/different drummer, there we go - it's fucking brilliant. Jack White's tone always kills but it's particularly good here. Every song is great start to end. Gotta be the best thing he's released in ages.
Jack White always manages to create music with that old school touch, he really is an incredible musician. I will be listening to this album often. ✨🎸✨
Pure talent, in so many ways. He gets better every time. Knew immediately this was going to be golden . Had the honor to see him live two years ago and will do my best to see him again and again in the future. Thank you
Ahhh, this is exactly what my heart needed. I did not know I needed some damn fine rock and roll with sweet sweet guitar until I heard it. I am feeling a million times lighter at the moment. Where has all the good rock and roll gone? It is all right here, the best thing I have heard in, well, forever. Thank you Jack, this record could not be more perfect for the moment.
@JohnSchwarzkopf must be related to Stormin' Norman, because this upload is heroic! If this isn't Jack White's best work, it's at least my favorite so far. No Name isn't "behold the depth and breadth of my creativity"--it's "bend over and take it, stand up straight and pass it on to the ones you love" rock & fuckin' roll.
I spent last night playing along to this first playthrough/listen and damn ....the chords in this and the tone. ..idk how he does it but he's doing the 'blow your mind with some hats comlex simplicity' thing again. Every single is fairly good imo some stand out but the whole record is fire
WHOA!! A homerun, out of the park, walk-off record out of nowhere!! I'm on track 6, and we're talking straight bangers since I pushed play. Didn't see this coming.
Jack whites lonely only flustered, truth spitting record. Reminds me of whe. I was 15. Listening as I please only to WS records memorizing evey line. The construct that was applied to the songs pulled me put of self sabotage. I was lucky enough to see the man, the legend. Many times. This records a throw back to the good ole days. Long live ole Jackie white
People just live their lives, time goes by and suddenly bang! Jack White dropped a new album. Great one! Hopefully it will be a chance to buy it sooner or later. Thanks for sharing 🎸
This is some dope shit! I had planned on to stop listening once I got disinterested in any of the songs... It didn't happen and actually played multiple songs nearly a dozen times before moving on. In my personal opinion this is a much-needed surprise.
The Black Keys are better the last few albums in my opinion. I don’t care much at all for the danger mouse produced crap with the exception of the best two tracks from those albums. This album sounds solid af
Comment deleted, I found some time stamps lol…but anyway, this album kicks so much ass. I love the chord progressions in this, it’s so old school Jack (my favorite Jack, though he’s rad either way haha). There’s so many songs on here where I swear I can hear Meg’s drumming, maybe it’s not her and they just did that style on purpose…it’s so White Stripes to me, touches my heart in some way, makes me emotional. ❤️
If an unknown new artist had released this album it would be creating a huge stir: "Brilliant!" "Genius" "Passionate!" would be the headlines. But since it is Jack White we are just accepting it as another terrific JW record. Amazing! BTW - Jack's voice sounds better than ever.
ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED. Look, I know I'm delulu, but I have to ask. Does anyone else think this might be a White Stripes soft (re)launch? Track 4 sounds exactly like Meg's drumming. I will fucking sell my soul for a chance to see White Stripes. Yes, I know I need help.
On maybe my fourth listen through. Still picking my jaw off of the floor. First time listening I was in shock, first song in love, and then each song after was legendary… I kept waiting for one song to not blow me away but each one is mind blowing. This whole album is insane, start to finish. And to just drop these into unsuspecting peoples bags… man I wish I was one of those lucky souls!! Literally in awe and might be a new favorite record. Jack is a genius.
