Pro tip: First, a hot water and sodium hydroxide mixture (lye) will remove the green paint on the board exposing the copper (and sometimes gold) underneath. Second, adding an aquarium air bubbler to your solution (under your boards) will speed up the process and make it more efficient adding the needed oxygen molecules. The only problem you will have is when there is silver on the boards and your copper chloride turns blue. I actually drop the copper out of the solution afterwards and melt it into ingots.
first timer here, I plan to remove the green mask from all my gold plated boards using lye first, what do i use to remove all the gold masking? and my plan is to save all my gold foils only. Also what is the best for my pins and misc low grade gold? should i use the electrolysis method ? or the vinegar, salt hydrogen peroxide solution?
By removing green mask use lye or sodium hydroxide, for extraction of gold foils copper chloride is working better also cheaper than nitric acid, for your low grade pins, copper chloride is work also but taking time, leaching is better if you have knowledge of iodide leaching..

Maybe you are dissolving your gold, base metal, also a little bit of fiber.. filter your solution, the remaining resedue keep it, then the solution you filtered add smb to precipitate gold on it,
And your remaining resedue have gold in it precipitate through copper base metal, so you need to dissolve it in aqua regia then precipitate gold using smb

All these steps for 2 gram. I guess that the effort u put in was the same price as the 2 gram gold. Should only be nice if it is hobby or u need to deposit more to earn some.

Merci beaucoup pour votre soutien mon monsieur, cette procédure est bon marché, nous n'avons pas besoin de dépenser beaucoup d'argent. mais cela prend plus de temps, la première chose que nous préparerons est de préparer une solution de chlorure de cuivre, de préparer le cuivre même à partir de fils de ferraille, seulement environ 1/4 kilogramme, puis de verser de l'acide chlorhydrique avec une concentration élevée d'environ 35%, de le laisser tremper jusqu'à ce que tout le cuivre se dissout, environ deux semaines pour que tout cela se dissolve, préparez-vous simplement à recouvrir le matériau dont vous souhaitez récupérer l'or, puis suivez simplement l'étape suivante comme dans la vidéo.
No, is not a month as what you think, if fresh copper chloride solution it takes exactly 3 days, if not freah copper chloride solution it take's 5 days, all gold foils are extracted from pcb..
@@PoorMiners321 What do you think about using an electric sander to remove the top metal layer of copper, alloys and gold? Dissolve this dust into the copper etch acid. Perhaps electroplated out the copper, etc onto a carbon rod. I might be wrong, but I think the gold would concentrate as precipitation. It has been a long time since I thought about these things so my electro chemistry is weak.
Yeah thats also good Idea, but the problem you encounter here is the fiber, the fiber you can grind it too because gold plated and copper clad is very thin I'm sure you grind the fiber also at the same size to gold plated and also copper clad, and the result the current doesn't flow correctly.

Perdón por la respuesta tan larga, creo que el proceso de lavado de la precipitación es incorrecto aquí. ¿Lavaste la precipitación una y otra vez con agua destilada? tal vez unas cuatro veces? ¿Y luego lavado con ácido clorhídrico?

Yes I recommend you this method, don't use heat gun to extract gold flake, then I recommend you also to precpitate using Iron sulfate it is very effective as precipitant

lo que hay que hacer aquí es forzarlo a precipitar poniendo polvo de zinc metálico. luego filtre todo lo que precipitó y disuélvalo nuevamente en agua regia, consejos para hacer agua regia no mezcle directamente una proporción de 3: 1, siga este ... cubra todo lo que capturó precipitado con ácido clorhídrico, luego póngalo en calor y luego agregue nítrico lentamente ácido si ves que todos se disuelven entonces deja de agregar.
si no tiene ácido nítrico, agregue hidróxido de sodio, siga agregando hasta que no haya reacción en la solución, luego deje que se asiente toda la precipitación, luego filtre, seque y cubra con ácido clorhídrico, luego agregue lentamente hidrógeno peróxido al 3% o 6% hasta que se disuelva nuevamente, luego filtrar nuevamente,
