but your problem is that the officials are the ones helping the criminals, they allow and or bring in the contraband and electronic devices themselves, or when family members come to visit they look the other way --that is now the corrupt officials,this whole story goes about that the officials work hand in hand with the criminals and get paid to do it, so it wont stop, one can minimise it but never stop it,

I dont think so. Before 2024 even if the minorities find corruption, the majority party would appoint an "internal commission" to investigate themselves, and everybody is found innocent.

yes, it bothers me too, because its came out now and he said this in another interview that these corrupt officials resign quickly when these raids take place or just don't come back to work, so it seems for the minister it is good enough when thy resign or just don't come back to work, some resign when an investigation is taking place, and from what I have picked up, then no further action against these corrupt officials takes place, I worked 40 years on the gold mines and even there such things happened, if you resigned before the full investigation was finished or when you picked up you are being investigated they allowed that person to resign, I know of many such cases,
