It’s a BIG RISK, not to mention penalties and paperwork, documentation and hassles with the builder if it’s a new property. Is it worth it!?? Your call.

It's illegal to move into building with no OC as per mumbai high court ruling BMC can charge double rates No bank loans More on top floor risk is more if oc is denied for extra rise than approved. A big No unless have political money and muscle power to back you 🤪
