1)No Oil Chhole:
1 cup Kabuli Chana (Soaked)
2 pc Onion (finely chopped)
2 pc Tomato (grated)
1 tbsp Garlic Paste/ Chopped
2 tsp Ginger paste
2 pc Green Chillies Chopped
2 cups Water (Approx- for boiling)
For Masala:
1/2 tsp turmeric Powder
2 tsp Cumin Coriander Powder
1 tbsp Chhole Powder
2 tsp Anardana Powder
1 tsp Kasuri Methi/ Aamchur Powder
1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
Pinch of Hing
1/2 cup Water
Salt to taste
Fresh Green Coriander
For Garnish:
Lemon Wedges
Laccha Pyaaz (Onion)
Coriander
Lemon Juice
Black Salt
Ginger Thin Slices
Green Chillies Thin Slices
2) No Oil Puri:
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/2 tbsp Curd
Salt to taste
Pinch Baking Soda
Water as required
3) Chatpata Aloo Sabji: Chatkara Aloo:
3 pc Boiled Aloo/ 10 to 12 Baby Aloo
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Cumin Coriander Powder
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
1 tbsp lemon Juice
Pinch Mango Powder
Salt to taste
Pinch Black Salt
Fresh green Coriander
4) Green Chillies:
6 to 8 Green Popti Chillies
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Cumin Coriander Powder
1/4 tsp Black Salt
1/2 tsp Mango Poweder
5) 1 cup Fresh Dahi
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tbsp Sugar Powder
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
1/2 tsp Black Salt
1/2 cup Grated Cucumber
1/2 pc fresh Anar Seeds
salt to taste
Fresh Green Coriander
