Great Podcast. I following Majah since the start. I am happy to see him get large. One thing though, Majah needs to copyright all his videos and monetize them on RU-vid. He is leaving nuff ad money on the table. Release compilation videos on Netflix and other streaming media.
Oxtail does NOT have to be cooked in a pressure cooker! We've always slow cooked it on top the stove, for 4 hours. That's how the flavours develop. Also, a lot if people order curry goat as standalone, with rice etc. In the UK, that is our first go too!
