If on average 5 divorce cases per day per district, average marriage count in India per day is 30000. There are 800 districts, which means roughly 37 marriages per district. So it is not 1% it is actually about 14% officially (over 30% in urban). And many couples are not even officially filing cases. In reality, it could be that over 30% of marriages are destroyed, with the majority of the marriages skewed towards latest generations couples. On top of this, marriage rates will fall (sizable chunk of marriages would be remarriages) and divorces will drastically rise. Which only means that in 15 years officially they will report around 50%, but unofficially IT's OVER for our nation.

Given the exponential nature of the decline, it will take approximately 6-7 generations (180-210 years) for the population to become critically low, where further survival as a species is unlikely. that assumes u have 1 per women and in real world most coutry will cross below one how do we know it has happened in every single country where family unit has collapsed only time frame is different
