this gun was really popular and OP man i remember with stalker the mess you could do with it... And it had a very good hipfire spray i could easily killed people without aiming
I remember that the type 95 in 2011 was a 2shot kill, making it an effective replica of the COD4 M16 with stopping power. It had to be patched because it was even more powerful then the ACR 6.8 and that gun was already slightly OP.
I find it funny how they make the M16 complete dogwater in this game only to add another 3 round burst AR that's ridiculously overpowered. That pre patch Type95 was crazy. You'd get burst fired to your feet and die 😂
Type 95 was like a laser but often better was the Dragonov/Acog with 1.extreme conditioning, 2.quickdraw, and 3.steady aim or stalker. That setup really caught ppl by surprise.
I like that you mentioned the dragonuv. There was basically no fire limiter in this game so if you had a good trigger finger the RSASS and the Dragonuv were DEADLY! Also the barrett was hilarious to spam as well. You could basically shoot faster than anything in the game. Good times man
After the dragunov buff it was actually pretty nuts. 1200rpm max fire rate, 2 hit kill, or one head shot, and pretty low recoil. If you went prone with it then it actually would have no recoil so you could spam it and delete people across the map lol.
Unless there was another stealth nerf, im pretty sure the only nerf the Type 95 ever got was a wider hipfire spread. I think the huge buff to the M16 just made the Type 95 obsolete
Yeah, and for some bizarre reason they only nerfed the hip-fire spread values for when you stand still and it’s the first shot. The hipfire is the exact same when you move before and after the nerf lol. It’s basically no change since no one stands still to hipfire.
This weapon used to 2-shot kill to the torso at close range before the nerf, and one-burst if you landed a single headshot at long ranges. Not even the cod4's M16 was this powerful, even with Stopping Power
a lot of people used this gun, before the first patch of the game this literally was the most busted gun in the game. yall boys dont remember the pre patch type 95
Shit I do, I strictly remember getting 1 burst to my feet and dying or those slaughter house infected lobbies with no throwing knives up against a Type95 😂
The MSDS from Ghosts was similar to the Type 95 pre nerf. I remember my first encounter with both just being annihilated in a blink of an eye and the killcam would show a no skill one tap. Next game I was using it and living on easy street and enjoying the rage that came with it.
It is still OP..you only nerf it with a silencer But try Extended mags & rapid fire & youll see nothing much has changed..still one of the strongest guns in MW3
I still say this was one of the most OP broken guns in cod history prenerf. And we’ve seen some pretty broken guns but this thing was crazy if you weren’t using it you weren’t getting kills
type 95 was my favorite gun in this game then the pp90 was 2nd. i never understood why ppl would use the acr cuz i would one burst fools with the type and yeah never needed a reason to use the acr. i think this was the best gun in the game but idk for sure i just loved it so much
One of the most satisfying AR’s on the game for sure. With stalker too it was great fun to use 👌 to say no one used it is a surprising title if ibh! Put a ridiculous amount of days gameplay into this cod on Xbox and PS and I’d say it was probably the 3rd most popular AR behind the ACR and Scar from what I recall. CM901 was the definitely the least commonly used one. Downturn was played more often than you saw that gun 😂😂
in the beginning this was one of the most used guns in the game. literally everyone used it and then they stopped cause it was one of the first guns nerfed.
The type-95 pre nerf Was like the Famas from mw2 Than they ruined it😭😢 And fort can we get a G36C video my favorite sounding gun in MW3 maybe even cod history 9th grade me was in love with that gun!!🔥🔥
Had a itch to play this game again. Just bought a mint 360 copy for under 10 bucks on Ebay to play this gem again. MW3 was such a pivotal game in my ps3 library but given the hacks on there and the fixed 360 servers gonna go back down memory lane. Specialist plus Ballistic vests was so damn fun. Also i used this gun along with every gun in this game. Was a big Colt fan so i used the M16 in any COD that had one.
I got my first nuke with this I used to rock it with thermal and extended mag on arkaden and camp behind the counter at the burger place down the escalator
Who misses the G36C? I can’t be the only that thought it was a beautiful in game gun, and it handled so perfectly and literally did a really good amount of damage.. no complaints ever when I ran that assault rifle!
