No One Uses Alolan Muk, But It Never Dies 

Minimize Muk is the bane of my existence. I keep aerial ace on my Kleavor just for that slimeball.

I feel like the important things about Alolan Muk, defensively, are - Its typing means it cant be poisoned unless your opponent brings Salazzle - It has one weakness to Ground, and its not even a quad weakness - Dark also means its immune to Prankster bs - Muk is crazy bulky by default and its stat distribution really favors moves like Curse - Poison Touch just means it can win against every non poison or steel type by attrition when the stars align

lethal drinking game idea: set up a haydunn playlist and take a shot every time he says he doesn't have hazard control

My man seriously threw half his team under the bus to try and intimidate Muk down and still couldn't pull it off, lol

They shouldve brought back all the alolan mons in the dlc. I miss chubby raticate

I gotta one of the funniest moments I had with Muk was going up against someone using Registeel. Could not get rid of that one since I decided to make it chunky boy with black sludge item and acid armor. Earthquake barely did anything to it and I laughed that I landed an ice punch on the Registeel and froze it. What added more was I got max turns on it too

A.Muk quickly became one of my favourite mons from gen 7 to the point where I went out of my way to farm for a shiny Grimer which I then never used because shiny A.Grimer is perfection and I just didn't wanna risk ruining that.

Alolan muk is one of my absolute favorites, they took a really unremarkable gen 1 mon, gave him a kickass type combo, and imo the coolest regional variant design ever

Dude, Alolan Muk carried me through my first playthrough of Gen 7. With his only weakness being Ground type, my Primarina could easily cover for any Rock or Ground types that we came across.

I don't think there was a single fast alolan native pokemon except toguedemaro who was protected by armor, cutiefly who managed to protect itself with dust, tapu koko who exists in a terrain of its own not effected by the outside world and lyconrock out of sheer luck. Every other fast pokemon introduced in gen 7 where either not native to alola such as the regional variants of kanto pokemon or ultra beasts. "What about minior?" Ultra sun pokedex answers that question " It lives in the ozone layer, where it becomes food for stronger Pokémon. When it tries to run away, it falls to the ground." Out of the curse's range.

used to play this guy with this set Muk-Alola @ Assault Vest Ability: Poison Touch EVs: 252 HP / 20 Atk / 12 Def / 224 SpD Careful Nature - Shadow Sneak - Knock Off - Pursuit - Poison Jab was a good check to counter any tapu pokemon and pursuit poison is always nice. One of my favourite mons

Alolan Muk was a little underrated in it's debut gen frfr. Solid bulk, typing, and utility.

I built a Gluttony Muk with Minimize, Substitute, Recycle, and Belch just for shits and giggles. It's slow af, but really satisfying when it all comes together.
