Hello friends, a pure vegetarian buffet that to without onion and garlic and with a huge variety of dishes was a real treat for us at Govinda's restaurant at Iskcon temple in Mumbai.
The satvik lunch was not only delicious but also prepared and served with great warmth and love. There are 3 deserts, 4 welcome drinks, 6 starters and 10 to 15 main course dishes .
A special mention for the Dah kadhi and paneer jalfrezi. There was also spaghetti and brinjal Thai curry to make up for the international component.
It was really a treat to have the buffet and was worth the price.
The buffet is unlimited and it costs Rs.550/- per person.
So friends do visit Govinda's whenever you have the chance. I am sharing the Google link below. They also have an outlet at Chowpatty that is very famous for their pizzas which surprisingly are again made without onion and garlic.
