No oven! How come I didn't know this recipe before! Very soft and easy

150 ml warm milk
35 grams of sugar
5 grams of instant yeast
1 egg
1 tablespoon cooking oil
325 grams of bread flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
15 grams of butter
caster sugar
Nutella

That is a completely different type of doughnut, baked doughnuts are made from a cake batter and are not the healthiest of the two because the batter is made from high amounts of butter, sugar and eggs, fried doughnuts are made from bread dough ie flour, water yeast, one egg and a tsp of sugar

That's literally how traditional donuts are made, floated in hot oil. That's why the fried ones have the white band. The fried ones are the best, the dough is more solid.

Looks delicious! Can be done with raspberry jam and powdered sugar to make my favorite kind of pastry! Those Hostess donuts that are SO extremely expensive..of course what Isn't these days..? These look like a very inexpensive replacement for those, and very simple! We used to make them for breakfast, just rolled in cinnamon sugar.. really good with the morning coffee.or some milk.

Güzel ama söylendiği gibi kolay değil maalesef. Ayrıca ölçülerin gramaj usulüyle verilmesi işi biraz zora sokmuş çünkü her malzemeyi tahmin etmek zor. Biraz bile fark olunca ayarı kaçıyor. Ama çekim, hijyen, müzik vs çok başarılı. Yapamayacak olsam da teşekkür ederim emek için :)
