► Recipe and ingredients:
100 g cashew nuts
80 g white chocolate
25 g butter
360 g condensed milk
Fry over medium/low heat until smooth
Nuts absorb some of the sweetness of the condensed milk
100 g of dried cranberries give our delicacy a sour note
Continue cooking while stirring
cook until thickened and lightly golden brown (about 3-5 minutes)
Form 15*15 cm with parchment
Cover with cling film and allow to cool. Place in the fridge for 4 hours
Cut into portions and enjoy the excellent taste!
