Not to see the best 2 teams not to fight in the Finals is making the tournament less competitive. Championship is meaningless. We will see an unbalance/lopsided games in the Finals which should be the highlight of this whole tournament. This format just highlight gatekeeping one region because they are tough, realtalk. Wether PH vs PH, MALAYSIANS vs MALAYSIANS, or INDO vs INDO in the grand finals is okay as long as they are the true two tough teams that will meet in the Finals. As an audience, i would like to watch a true tough fight rather than a lopsided grand finals.

Malaysia has an advantage in HOK because Chinese Malaysians play on HOK China for 4-5 years via VPN. In the case of MLBB PH played for 5-6 years while China played recently

I Think that the Team draw is Fixed to avoid PH vs PH in Finals, 1st you will not see the name of the team they pick, 2nd Why they only cover the MSC Key with a cloth, and not rumble it, 3rd Is it co-incidence that 2 PH and 2 MY in different bracket.

Considering the prize money, the tournament design is so off. It should have a lower bracket to filter out the real strongest team. Plus as you noticed, what a coincidence that remarkable teams are on the same side. This tournament is more on luck, depending on if you’re grouped with stronger or weaker teams. So it just depends on their prayers. The team with the strongest prayer and connection to the God of luck will have higher chances.
Yes this tournament is purely luck. With this type of tournament, we wont know who is the deserving to be on finals but right know TLPH and FCAP are the strongest team
it was designed for indonesia to win, just look at last msc. it heavily favored for indo since moonton noticed that ph teams gets stronger after a loss, right away they adjust and look like a total different team, rigged in every sense

My guess is that Montoon really tried to have the point system to work in favor of Indo but fell so hard. Now, they wanted to have both PH teams to face each other first since they planned to have their fave Indo team on the ‘easy’ side again.

@@itsrey8608 it was obvious as hell. If it was done properly, they should have let the top seed pick their opponents and which bracket they belong to since there are 2 brackets. Top seed must draw whether to be bracket a or bracket b, then who they up against on their first match.
For HB, it’s either gonna turn out very well or bad for them in their first game and also heavily depending on whether they are over confident or not by battling against a region who is likely they feel who is beneath them 🤣
