I hate using the word "if," but if we can keep the recruits we have committed for 2025, then I foresee LSU being the team to beat over the next several years. We may very well be looking at the new dynasty. Maybe even starting this year.
I think one of the biggest things BK realized is the importance of putting a fence around Louisiana. Keeping top recruits home and identifying key players from outside the state that can fill the weaker spots. Especially the elite recruiting staff that he has assembled that have deep roots in Louisiana and understand how to identify local guys and build those relationships. Guys that want to bring aggressive play back to Louisiana. I’m beyond pumped to have Bo Davis and CR back.
Another aspect of keeping da bootdogs home is they are less likely to be chasing NIL money through the portal. Mom, dad and grandma will be an easy drive for games in Tiger stadium. Even the kids in east texas and ms.
1)recruiting Louisiana 2)defensive improvement 3)recognizing improvements needed Offense is not a problem under BK and any improvement with defense will give them a good shot at title
We brought in some studs in this last recruiting classe and the hopefully the transfers pan out.. and we got some vets coming back.. just hope it all comes together
I don't think you want to be like Michigan. Yeah they won the natty but its their first since 1997 then 1948 before that. They lost to OSU for a decade. Harbaugh puts together 4 loss seasons like no one else. Don't stoop to their level
