I was at 10% back in 2016 and after watching your videos and trying to soak it all in I just got my rating back at 80%. So i truely appreciate the work you do and wanted to post this comment to say thank you.

I just submitted a bilateral knee exacerbation with arthritis due to flat feet. I went into the service with flat feet and I have a current diagnosis of flat feet. I have knee arthritis bilateral to the point I need replacements. I have an Orthopeadics surgeon diagnosis. I submitted personal statements with every claim I have submitted. Once I get my knees connected, I will have to get them taken care of and get a 30% rating per knee. Unfortunately, I have to go through this pain. Thank you, Jordan I am part of your system.

I was doing 'I'm up, he sees me, I'm down' at Pendleton. I went a few weeks later to Leonardwood hospital with a grapefuit size knee and was told it was patellofemoral pain syndrome; I got a sick chit. Now, decades later the QTC doctor said it was PFSP. VA denied me. I did a higher level review and added a lay statement. The denial stands. I don't want to do.

If your injury is severe but u clearly operate daily functions then ur denied ! Now if this disability came from something like “I’m up here sees me I’m down” then ur delusional denied 🙅🏽‍♂️

That was some great info. I have been having serious pain in my knee. Didn't do any crazy stuff, mechanic for 35 years but lots of PT, ruck matches and 3 deployments with a bunch of gear. Will definitely try what you talked about

I went into the Marine Corps with flat feet. Started having pain in my feet and legs. went to Sick Bay and was diagnosed with shin splints. Still have problems with shin splints. Diagnosed 10% for each leg. Over the years, it has gotten worse. I've been through physical therapy for my ankles, knees, and back. My doctor believes it's because of my flat feet. Is it possible to file for disability for my ankles, knees, and back?

I went in with flat feet too but they didn't cause issues until over use which lead to multiple stress fractures in my shins, ankles and feet. Since then, I've never been able to tolerate impact activities, walking inclines, etc...I've developed osteoarthritis in the knees, ankles and feet in addition to posterior tibial tendonitis along with continuous shin pain. My podiatrist and chiropractor signed nexus letters for me. Things are looking up for me and I wish each of you the best with getting the benefits you're entitled to.

i hurt my knee right leg playing on base league team, have a copy of where i had to go to infirmary , had to have orthascopic surgery thin 13 years later had to have total right knee replacement then few yrs later had to have total left hip replacement due to strain on left hip from right knee replacement and have to wear a spacer in left shoe due to hip replacement, even with medical record showing my damage in service. the va keeps denying my claim. now im waiting on va judge to rule on my claim. and its been almost a two years since i filed this claim.

Hope it works as easy as it sounds in this video because I check all the boxes (3 prong test) with a solid IMO by my knee surgeon this year.

DO NOT 'suck it up' during the C&P exam. When you have _discomfort_ call it pain.

I was rated 10% knee pain when I left active duty and throughout the years I’ve gained weight amongst other issues. Not too long ago, I was rated 50% secondary for depression bringing my total to 60%. I also got tinnitus at 10% just before getting the secondary.

I have been service connected at 0% for both knees since 2011. I have been just going to the doctor due to pain, inflammation, grinding noises/feelings. Any advice for moving forward?
@glovebc
@glovebc 24 дня назад
Consider going to an orthopedic doctor (referral). Explain your symptoms. There's a good chance the doc will take x-rays for starters. If you are seeing a chiropractor perhaps between these specialists one of them can provide a simple statement they believe more likely than not your knee pain is caused by your feet for example. Link it to another service connected diagnosis

I notice you say make your statement on 21-4138 but the updated version says it’s 21-10210 are these two forms totally different?

So I have 10% extension. I am filing for an increase. Do I also have to do a separate file for instability or will it be covered if I just tell my C&P examiner about the instability during my extension exam?

@JordanAnderson I filed disability claim in April and went to my C&P exams in May & June respectively... yesterday it was updated to "Preparation for notification" (which is the 2nd to the last stage of the process) along with request for 2 C&P exams... does anyone know what could be the reason for the 2 request for C&P exams even though the status is "Preparation for notification?"

Hey Jordan if I have notes in my medical records saying I have conditions is that fine? Or should I request my doctor make a formal diagnosis? Probably like half of my conditions are expressed in notes

PLEASE MAKE THAT YOU TELL THE VA THAT YOU WANT A “DOCTOR” TO DO YOUR DIAGNOSIS VERSUS A NURSE PRACTITIONER!👈🏿😲 THE VA ACCEPTS NOTHING A NURSE PRACTITIONER SAYS, MAYBE IN RARE INSTANCES!👈🏿😑
