He who laughs last laughs best. Shaibu is celebrating a temporary euphoria of success. By the time right judgement is interpreted by the court document, we will know under what political party Shaibu will contest. And if he will step down.for APC candidate he is currently supporting. You didn't ruin his chances, you know how credible and popular he is, you also know he's the only obstacle for APC and so, you are simply attempting to hinder his progress and spread a negative message to the voters. However, the voters are much wiser than all of you, they are aware of your past actions and will not be swayed by your words. Everyone is familiar with the judge, that's his usual behavior. The ruling won't hold up in court because the appeals court will overturn that false judgment, there are plenty of similar cases that have been decided already. So don't celebrate just yet, you are only making Asue more popular, and he will still emerge victorious. Remember how Obaseki faced numerous challenges in court but still won the election, despite all the attempts to block him. The same people are trying to do the same thing again, they never seem to learn from the past. The people of Edo won't be fooled by the tactics of this former deputy governor and his gang.

Shaibu said he has been vindicated. It was just the Federal High Court that ruled on the matter.There are still Appellate and Supreme Courts.What if they give contrary ruling on the matter? One can only talk of vindication when the final court has ruled.
